The communist “Constitutional Dictatorship” could not be implemented without the enactment of a new constitution.   The reasons why it is necessary to achieve a new civil statute are many and they all appear in some sort of international neo-Communism’s unwritten manual.   “Selling” the idea of the need for a new constitution to people living in a given economic and socially depressed society, is extremely simple.   The American people have no idea of how easy it is.   It is so simple and easy that we have been able to summarize the explanation in this little gray space that hosts the text of our newsletters.

First, these neo-dictators (the “constitutional” ones) start familiarizing the people with the idea of the need for a new constitution… that has been done already in the United States.   As this is a very important national issue, it is in the daily commentaries of those targeted societies.   Through commentaries and writings among those who support and reject the idea, the possibility of a new constitution will soon begin to assess in a generalized and public manner.   Then the neo-dictator waits for the national situation to become adequately severe in order to explain to his country that it is impossible to solve the national problems under an obsolete constitution, not fitted to conform these "new times".   One day he presents the proposal, either by way of the Presidency or through Congress and calls for a national referendum.    To ensure victory, the referendum process is conducted by using electronic voting machines; very easy to rig… the victory will be assured as the new constitution will be “legally” approved.    With the help of RINOS or conservatives in name only, the culmination of the fraudulent process will be assured and one day the nation awakes to the gates of a true radical and revolutionary change.

It would be surprisingly easy in the United States to complete this fraudulent cycle, thanks to the honorable spirit and the democratic tradition inherited from our Founding Fathers; these would be the factors that would help reassure the rigged results, on top of plenty and dangerous doubts.   The armed forces, sworn to defend the constitution, would be forced to subordinate themselves to the new constitution and the Supreme Court would stamp the new nation’s birth certificate.  It has happened so lately, time after time, in too many Latin American countries now ruled by a “Constitutional Dictatorship”: Nicaragua, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia… and it will soon happen in Peru.  Our country is just waiting in line.

You'll see how tired we get of listening to concepts like the "original power", which ensures that the power lays in the people, who are above all constitutions, as every constitution emanates from us, the people.   We will also get sick and tired of listening to words like  "new times", " updating needs ", "outdated document" and, of course, we will become familiar with the term "colonialist spirit", which supposedly prevailed in our Founding Fathers when they set about the creation of our Constitution, over two long centuries ago, one of the most durable, simple and functional, if not more, of all the republics founded since then, up to these uncertain times covered with changes, revolutions and disastrous storms.

In too many ways our President, here in the United States, has emulated already the actions and populist styles of these new Latin American chieftains. It is supremely important to be alert and watch out for any attempts to evacuate all these stages before evil nails its dagger into our nation’s heart.  We, under no circumstances, must not allow any change to our constitution: none, what so ever!   We must root out the use of electronic voting machines, modify the current electoral system and be aware of the collusion of the co-suckers. If we manage to achieve those four objectives, we may have a pretty good chance of preserving our freedom for us and for our future generations, and to stop these traitors at the front door, even before they can ring the bell.   The good news is that now we know how to identify their sinister and destructive “refunding” plans, because all previous communist “constitutional dictators” have been acting exactly in the same meticulously way, as though they have obtained the instructions from some perverse manual written God knows where.  Should they get away with their monstrous project, within a couple of generations we will all forget the great and proud nation that we inherited from our parents.

What can we do about it?

In order to prevent a country from falling into the clutches of "XXI Century’s Socialism" (or “Constitutional Dictatorship”), besides counting with a strong leadership, an immovable political desire and an extreme effort to improve the social, political and economic factors that are already unbearable, four rules has to be observed, the "Four-Legs Rule": 1) Avoid at all costs to draft a new constitution, including any amendments thereto; 2) Eliminate, totally and absolutely, the use of electronic voting machines; 3) Implement simple, easy and safe manual electoral system, in order to guarantee voters that their votes will be respected and 4) Be aware of the involvement of the so-called RINOS or conservatives in name only

Failure to observe each and every one of these four rules – will represent a serious danger of falling into the clutches of "XXI Century Socialism."
