On Saturday, Sheriff Joe Arpaio held another press conference to discuss the investigation done by his volunteer Cold Case Posse of Maricopa County, Arizona.  All major mainstream press organizations were invited to cover the event but not one of them showed-up to do so.

It took place in Sun City on March 31st and was estimated to have an audience of approximately 1,000 residents of Arizona in attendance.  The leadership of Tea Party organizations from Surprise and Sun City along with Mike Zullo, the lead Cold Case investigator were all speakers in addition to Sheriff Arpaio.

The purpose of the press conference seemed to be not only to provide some of the information gained from the investigation into Obama's eligibility to hold the Office of President of the United States but also to announce and gain support for the next steps forward in the process of taking action to resolve this issue.  

Based on the stated findings establishing probable cause to believe that Obama's birth certificate, Selective Service Record and Social Security Number are fraudulent, they are asking for residents of Arizona to sign a petition which will be sent to the Arizona State House, Arizona State Senate and the Arizona Secretary of State, Ken Bennett.  The petition  basically calls for the State House and/or State Senate to pass a Resolution directing Ken Bennett to send a letter to DNC Chairperson, Debbie Wasserman Schultz requesting certified documentation to prove that Barack Hussein Obama's documentation is authentic or he would not qualify to be placed on the ballot in the State of Arizona. 

In addition to signatures obtained at Saturday's press conference, the group has set-up an online petition for additional signatures to be signed by Arizona citizens which can be found here.

The efforts of the people of Arizona and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department are of utmost historical and national significance.  For all the millions of Americans that have been demonized for trying to bring justice to this issue, let us hope and pray that finally something substantial will finally be done.

To my knowledge, the even more hidden and deceptive case of John McCain's ineligibility issue has not been investigated by this Cold Case Posse but perhaps that can someday become a Part II for them.  Until then, the American people and the world continue to watch this situation unfold in Arizona.
