We just learned that the U.S. Supreme Court will decide, this Thursday, if it will hear oral arguments in our historic Drake v. Obama eligibility case.

We had received NO notice from the High Court that the Conference Committee on our case would be held this week. We discovered that the case had been distributed to the Justices when we checked the Supreme Court's website.

This is our high profile lawsuit that has been making its way through the federal court system since 2009. It is Barack Hussein Obama's worst nightmare.

We are asking the U. S. Supreme Court to affirm that the American people have a right to know that candidates for President of the United States meet the qualifications for that office that are outlined in our Constitution.

We don't have much time. Ordinarily, we would have been given much more notice that the high court was meeting to discuss our case. But, we just found out that the court is meeting THIS THURSDAY, and we are scrambling to get ready.

We had put together our budget, and we had set a time line to raise it.

Now, we have to kick into fundraising for the second phase of this case, today.
 

Drake v. Obama is the case that could finally hold Mr. Obama accountable. This is our chance to change history.

Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., has a legion of high-powered lawyers working on this case. He has the entire U.S. Justice Department at his personal disposal. He has unlimited amounts of money collected from campaign contributors and taxpayers like you and me to pay for the best legal team that money can buy.

The U.S Justice Foundation is clearly outgunned. Many people have told me that we should give up this fight, because we can't possibly win. I do not believe that!

America has a right to know that candidates for the Office of President of the United States meet the qualifications of the United States Constitution for that office.

So, I will not give up. Ever.

The facts are on our side. The American people are with us.

Unfortunately, though, willpower alone will not convince the U. S. Supreme Court to stand up to Barack Obama, and to rule in our favor.

We need to be fully prepared. We need to be ready to go toe-to-toe with Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., and his legal dream team, as soon as the High Court makes its decision this Thursday.
