It’s propaganda of Orwellian proportions, pure and simple, and unbelievably, it’s happening right here, right now, in The United States of America: the freest nation the world has ever known. Directed at anyone identifying themselves as conservatives and/or Republicans (libertarians and independents are not exempt), the anti-American sentiment behind the perpetrators (or as I like to call them, perpetraitors) of this insidiousness remind me of Charles Bukowski’s poem, The Genius of the Crowd.
Conservatives suck!
For starters: They’re mean, ignorant, selfish, and uncaring. They’re also spouse abusing, child abandoning, elderly robbing, road raging, corrupt, money grubbing, drug addicted, intolerant, psychotic, idiotic, alcoholic, homophobic, 21st century racist-mutant-zealots, and that’s before “they” get started on the politicians.
Of course, there is one little problem with all that – the truth.

That’s one of a six panel installation titled thanks Hank, I did a few years back; so inspired was I. Every time I read it, the same group-think people come to mind, more so now then ever. There are plenty of folks (self-appointed experts all) who tell me I’ve got it wrong – I don’t care! Intentionally or not, when he wrote that, Bukowski hit the aforementioned perpetraitors on the head!
After all, who screams racist every single time someone doesn’t fall into lockstep? Who screams homophobes, without reason, at complete strangers, while giving a pass to their bigoted celebrity idols, when they call people “faggots” for disagreeing with them? Who spits in peoples faces, including children, while screaming “intolerant @$$holes!” at them, all the while adorned with symbols of peace? Whose provable lies-after-lies-after-lies, get a pass from a sycophantic media that cycle propaganda 24/7 for them and then lie about their objectivity? Which party’s constituents are allowing their representatives to pass the most intrusive laws ever on our personal lives and against our Constitutional freedoms, while ignorantly calling conservatives fascists?
Yes, even liberals know I’m talking about liberals. No one else fits that kind of shameless and blatant hypocritical narrative…no one! Imagine the most annoying noise and it would sound soothing compared to the constant hate filled, race baiting rantings of the left…and, let me be clear here: I AM talking about their politicians. Add to them their so called journalists and sadly – far too many mind-numbingly stupid artists as well.
Okay, we know that already…so what?
The lies are (still) working…is what!
At least to a large enough audience to be effective, even though it is polarizing this great nation on a scale we have not seriously seen since, I dare say, the civil war.
And to the extent that it has reached crisis proportions, we conservatives share some of the blame.
We conservatives have remained relatively silent and courteous, while the left have consistently and by design, moved their Marxist-ideological agenda forward; appearances and/or consequences be damned.
I volunteer that each and every time one of our representatives is in the company of one of theirs and/or the media (same thing) and a falsehood is uttered, they call them out! Screw all that “With all due respect, I think my friend on the other side of the aisle and I see things differently” PC crap! Call them what they are: “Lying liars!” Look them square in the eye and call them on it. They (our reps) should not be afraid and neither should the rest of us. Where has that gotten us?
We can learn a thing or two about fighting back from Michelle Malkin – damn she’s tough. And we have others, like her predecessor and freedom fighter extraordinaire: Ann Coulter, to thank as well. There are so many brave female conservatives on the front lines – thanks to their protective “momma grizzly” instincts, I’m sure. Now that we’ve seen how far we’ve fallen, we’re finally stepping up to the plate and we’re making progress and weakening their defenses – now that we’re getting rid of the old conservative (?) guard, who are too busy protecting their own self interests to rock the (gravy) boat, but we’ve got a lot of catching up to do.
BTW…while were on the subject; screw that “we gotta get the independent vote” mentality that suggests “we gotta watch what we say and/or who we go after or we’ll lose their vote” crap as well. Our friends on the other side of the aisle have no problem with that, and they lie while doing it.
Let’s speak truth to power…period.
They tell a lie, we call them on it. They stack the numbers in their favor, we factually prove them wrong.They try to steer the conversation in another direction to avoid the issue and/or run out the clock, we ignore them and stay on point. They ask us a stupid question, we ignore it and ask them a serious one. We do this each and every time, to their face, no matter what the venue, until the truth sinks in. We have no need to be on the defense; we’re not the ones lying.
We let them know we’re here to fight “for truth, justice and the American way.” Our representatives must come prepared to go toe to toe with them, until that feeling of impunity they have gotten so used to is erased from they’re arrogant mugs.
Once they’ve opened their mouths, liberals can’t stay on point and must resort to attack, because it has become glaringly obvious that they cannot support their ideals. If any of their theories of “fairness” and redistribution had any bases in fact (IOW: worked anywhere in the world), they’d be shouting it from the rooftops.
The irony is that the very same liberals who constantly remind us that man is yet little more evolved then an animal and instinctively incapable of being fair to one another, are the same ones who believe a select few (of their choosing, of course), can be trusted with the power to make moral and economic decisions for billions, without influence.
We’re not “the party of no” for no’s sake–we’re the party of no to tyranny; no matter how beautifully wrapped that Trojan horse knocking at the gate is.
