As the UN Small Arms Treaty is a blatant attempt to subvert the 2nd amendment and US sovereignty which are the bedrocks of our liberty, we must NEVER let up our attention to events transpiring around this UNCONSTITUTIONAL threat. Never assume anything. Stay on guard. It may be dead for now but you can bet the gun haters will bring it up again. While it is constitutionally up to the senate to vote on ratification of treaties, the house can have a supporting role in refusing to fund any provisions due to an end run around a treaty or law seeking to implement such things as national gun registration of all firearms, etc.
Please do take the time to thank both senators and representatives who spoke on the side of liberty AND also remind those senators and reps who did not sign the letter that they are violating their oath of office—–that is NOT acceptable to “we the people”
