With all that is going in Washington these days some things don’t make the news the way they should. Fourteen days ago President Obama issued an Executive Order that you should know about. This order gives an unprecedented level of authority to the President and the federal government to take over all the fundamental parts of our economy – in the name of national security – in times of national emergency.
This means all of our water resources, construction services and materials (steel, concrete, etc.), our civil transportation system, food and health resources, our energy supplies including oil and natural gas – even farm equipment – can be taken over by the President and his cabinet secretaries. The Government can also draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill “labor requirements” for the purposes of “national defense.” There is not even any Congressional oversight, only briefings are required.
By issuing this as an Executive Order the President puts the federal government above the law, which, in a democracy, is never supposed to happen.
As President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he has the Constitutional authority to issue executive orders. And while similar orders have been made before by presidents from Eisenhower and Reagan to Clinton and George Bush – it has never been done to this extent.
It is still unclear why this order was signed now, and what the consequences are for our nation – especially during times of peace. This type of Martial Law imposes a government takeover on U.S. citizens that is typically reserved for national emergencies, not in a time of relative peace.

As we watch the upcoming election campaign unfold one thing is very obvious. Obama is worried. Reports of his speeches on the campaign trail indicates that the fire is gone from his supporters and even the chosen one seems to be without a spark in his eyes.
Some folks has put forth the idea that even if Obama looses he won’t give up his hold on the country. Further evidence came to light a few months back but most folks didn’t pay any attention to what the President did.

The executive order that Obama issued allows him to declare Martial Law and essentially take control of every aspect of American Life, even deciding to suspend or annul any election indefinitely.
A lot of rumors/ideas are floating on the net. One that is catching fire is that Obama, sensing that he will lose the election will commence hostilities with IRAN which will allow him to declare Martial Law here in the US prior to the election. Doing so, he would suspend that election indefinitely and proceed to control all media, banking, communications such as the Internet, food processing/distribution and all medical services.
No one understands why Obama needs these sorts of powers in peacetime. Yet, he has signed the executive order and with the help of the media, kept it fairly silent. Even with the issuance of what he has done by Kay Granger the word just isn’t getting out. I encourage you to read the information that Ms. Granger has issued and also take a look at the actual executive order. There is no doubt that Obama has a plan should things look bad in the election. The question of the hour is “What is he up to?”. His history over the past four years would indicate that whatever it may be, it won’t be good for Americans.
