At the age of 17 I invaded Cuba at the Bay of Pigs in an effort to eradicate communism in the country of my birth. We lost the battle due to the failure of the Kennedy administration in 1961 to follow through with the original plan prepared by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Central Intelligence Agency.  It was an act of criminal negligence. The 1176 prisoners of war of the Brigade 2506 were sentenced to 30 years in prison at hard labor. After two horrendous years of imprisonment, we were released as the result of successful negotiations between the United States and Cuba.

This experience changed my life forever and that of my entire family. I saw how we, in Cuba, ignored the warnings that Fidel Castro and many of his followers were communist. Most people believed in Fidel Castro’s promises to have free elections, respect individual freedoms, and establish a democratic government. Instead, we have had a bloody dictatorship for almost 54 years in a country 90 miles away from the United States.  It is most important that we in the United States pay close attention to this presidential election so that we do not suffer the same fate as Cuba.

I am the only Hispanic, in a nation of more than 54 million Hispanics, who has written three books in Spanish on Barack Obama. The first one was ¿Obama o McCain? (2008), followed by El verdadero Obama: sus conexiones marxistas, socialistas y radicales (2010). The third book, ¿Obama o Romney?, was published on September 11, 2012 and may be purchased at Amazon or at the bookstores La Universal and Impacto in Miami, Florida. This book has 480 pages and 38 pictures. It has a complete biography of both President Obama and Governor Romney and a detailed description of the failed presidency of Barack Obama. I explain the atrocious record of President Obama, on both domestic and foreign policies, that has made him the worst president in our nation’s history. I have never seen a book in English that includes both the biography of Obama and Romney.

I was able to include in the book the official photograph of our Ambassador Christopher Stevens who served in Libya, and was tortured and assassinated along with two Navy Seals and a computer specialist in our Consulate in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. I also wrote about our U.S. embassies being attacked in Muslim countries world-wide on that day. We now know that in August 2012 a U.S. security unit was sent home in spite of the fact that 230 violent incidents had occurred in a one-year period in Benghazi and that Great Britain had withdrawn its diplomatic mission from that violent city. The U.S. Consulate was bombed by terrorists making a 40-feet hole on its wall a couple of months before the deadly attack.

Fox News revealed on October 19, 2012 that it had obtained 166 pages of documents from our embassy in Libya. These documents clearly showed the deteriorating security situation in Eastern Libya. Ambassador Stevens complained when he lost the security unit. He requested again and again additional security from our government up to the very day of his murder. The U.S. Department of State used extremely poor judgment and denied his numerous requests thus sentencing our ambassador and three others to death. It was an act of criminal negligence. President Obama, Secretary of State Clinton and Secretary of Defense Panetta have not explained to the American people which officials were responsible. Why have they not been fired for gross incompetence and negligence? The reason is that all of them were involved in the decision to deny military assistance to our diplomats.

Another sordid story is now emerging. Doug Hagmann of the Canadian Free Press, James Robbins of the Washington Times, and Aaron Klein of WND are explaining that the Obama administration was engaged in a massive gun running operation which included heavy weapons from Libya to Syria. Russia opposed this operation and so informed President Obama. Ambassador Stevens was in charge of this operation that also involved recruiting jihadists to fight against the dictator Bashar al-Assad in Syria. Iran may have been involved in the terrorist attack at Benghazi with Russia´s approval. When the attack began and the ambassador and others requested assistance, General Carter Ham, commander of the U.S. African Command, put a rapid response team together and notified the Pentagon that they were ready to go. He was ordered to do nothing. Apparently, General Carter Ham ignored the order and, when he was about to send help to Benghazi, his second in command relieved General Ham of his command. If true, this is a major scandal and it is obvious why Obama and all high officials are lying to the American people. It is imperative that someone in authority, such as General Ham, breaks this conspiracy of silence before the presidential election!

CIA director David Petraeus issued the following statement:”No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate”. What about the Secretaries of Defense and State? The Liar-in-Chief Obama is stonewalling and hoping that the truth can be suppressed until after the election. As usual, the mainstream press is cooperating while Obama and others continue to lie.

It was terrible that the Obama administration did not allow the FBI to go to Benghazi until three weeks later to investigate this terrorist attack alleging that it was too dangerous. Yet, the Obama administration refused our ambassador’s repeated requests for more security.

It was also a failure of intelligence of this administration. Obama apparently is not receiving most of the intelligence briefings as he is spending all his time fundraising and campaigning. He was also too busy campaigning to meet with any of the hundreds of presidents from all over the world that recently attended the United Nations General Assembly meetings. Yet, the president had time to appear in the View, with David Letterman, and with his many friends in Hollywood. Obama is not a leader that deserves to be reelected.
