Even before the Senate Intelligence Committee meets in November to discuss the Benghazi, Libya terrorist attack in its full narrative and the White House and State Department’s failed scandal to protect President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton, the members of this committee must be urged “to open their closed oversight hearing on Thursday, November 15″ to FOX media and other cable outlets so as to not appear manipulated by an embedded Obama cover-up. The president’s failure to address the nation, and the fact of Hillary Clinton’s refusal to disclose i.e. the contents of her call to Libyan President Mohammed Magarief during the Benghazi crisis, only spotlights a combined attempt on their part to hide all the facts from the public prior to Election Night.
The press release below as outlined and prepared by the office of Senators Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein and Vice Chairman Saxby Chambliss isn’t significantly stressing the importance of delving into the exact time-line of calls/e-mails from Libya the night of the attack and the dour responses (i.e. at least a dozen top State Dept. officials and another half-dozen in the White House Executive Office read the mails) connected in the circle of mishap. It neither brings into its 4 bullet points in the press release the need to closely examine the “origin and nature of the debunked myth” that the attacks at the consulate in Benghazi was a spontaneous reaction to a YouTube video. The 2nd bullet point of who was responsible for the attack (i.e. already identified by the 2nd hour of the 7-hour attack as being the Islamic terrorist group: Ansar al-Sharia) is old business. More significant should be a full-scale search to identify the meaning and understanding of Clinton’s belated (at least 2 weeks after the attack) clear and concise statement: “I take responsibility” which only leaves us all hanging nebulously in this hidden microcosm.
Sec. Clinton may “always want to be in service to my country” but certainly her actions in the last 6 weeks of this multi-murder scandal denote a miasma of ill-preparedness which this press release in its entirety seemingly will not delve into for the microbes of truth that the White House administration and the Senate Intelligence Committee prohibitively don’t wish to uncover.

If 200 German generals and admirals held for trial from the Bundeswehr, who served on the General Staff, and helped to draw up Hitler’s plans of criminal aggression could be accounted and dissected for actions taken and culpability in committing gross crimes during the Nuremberg trial, then I don’t see why a dozen officials in the State Dept. and a half-dozen members of the president’s Executive Office can’t be interrogated sharply by an objective body of media journalists as well as members of the body of the SIC. Only by media presence at these hearings (beginning November 15th) and giving them questioning approval by the SIC will we as a nation understand the true and dire consequences of: 1) who neglected to make any investigation in the State Dept. and the White House during the 7-hours of attack; 2) who didn’t investigate the multiple e-mail & phone calls contents with zeal and diligence; 3) which official or secretary on-duty that night/day in the State Dept. or White House delayed or acted slowly to conditions of the conflict in Benghazi; 4) which official after investigation (when the first reports of the murders and destruction became evident to the White House and State Dept.) decided not to proceed with the normal proceedings of an investigation, but instead shut down, delayed it, or gravely released unreliable lies and deceptions as information so as to behave dishonestly.
This is truly becoming a criminal investigation because it sincerely must unravel the question of “duties” by all officials in contact with the ‘attack’ and therefore begs to impose either punishment or acquittal upon those whose duties were haphazardly drawn or were willfully displaying either misconduct, lack of good judgment, misgivings, or some dereliction of service that night and in the weeks that have followed as a cover-up continues. Where is each tree in this ‘Benghazi forest’ placed inside the White House and State Department? In recent weeks Sec. Clinton held 28 bilateral meetings in 8 different countries. Were her reactions spread too thin?
The four murdered men’s lives dictate that this is now a subject of prosecution, since there has been evidence gathered after day/night, 9/11/12, that a flagrant failure to rescue the officials and ambassador and his security team at the consulate was at best: a small, thoughtless, and blocked communication. The “right choices” and “public diplomacy” philosophy style of Clinton’s “American brand” of theorem and proof policy underwriting in the State dept. wrongly neglected to answer the realistic threats and attacks perceived by Ambassador Stevens in the months leading up to his death. She could withstand a full Marine security platoon to meet the arrival of the bodies of 4 dead Americans at Andrews Air Force Base last month, but somehow denied a Marine rescue to them when they were fighting to stay alive inside the wide consulate. It was certainly within her and Obama’s prodding to do so that night, as both were quite aware of the attack for several hours, but inconceivably ill-defined, ghostly and abstractly, they turned off the lights and went to sleep, literally.
I believe this investigation requires specially selected prosecutors rather than friends and party members of the Senate whose questions in closed conference will certainly be defused. Then we may begin to unravel how much of what happened that night was a (potentially) criminal action by a government policy. How much if anything up to this point 6 and 7 weeks since 9/11/12 shows a ‘blind military obedience’ on the part of Obama’s White House officials, their actions dictated by the only ‘moral precept’ of getting Obama reelected with the least attention drawn to the Benghazi facts.
If we are truly reaching into a territory of atrocious crimes then let there be full access by FOX media and other cable and network outlets who dare to challenge the authority which has subsumed these deaths sub rosa beneath the roster of full-attention they deserve, while their graves are still somewhat warm. Let this media be there from the first hearing on November 15th!
“We’re under attack.” The State Department received Ambassador Stevens’ cry for help at 4 p.m., and by 4:20 p.m. in her office Sec. Clinton had received that message from executive secretary Steve Mull. She and others would move to the OPS Center to maintain an open line with the Tripoli Embassy by video conference until midnight that night, 7.5 hour later. The next morning and for days afterwards her movements and motions were primarily all about ‘damage control’ inside Capitol Hill.
In the hours leading up to the breached walls and the mortar bombs falling in and around the compound Benghazi, before the body of Mr. Stevens appeared mummified while being carried supposedly to the hospital, what were Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton doing? Was there even one vigorous struggle to attempt a rescue? Or was the suggestion of a rescue sabotaged, and then by whose order?
The Wall St. Journal reports (10/25/12) that since the disaster in Benghazi Clinton and Obama daily keep each other abreast “and on the phone daily with his national security advisor, Tom Donilon, to review embassy security at vulnerable countries.” But in the days just following the murderous attack Sec. Clinton looked forlorn and unassured in her secondary negotiations with Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel, who had been dissed by President Obama. The president has been even more safeguarded than Secretary Clinton has been, who rushed off to Haiti with the former president, Bill Clinton, to open an industrial park. It was obvious she was in no mood to answer reporters, so Bill’s charity work came first for a change. Perhaps she needed time to rest and sort.
So what do we have now! Certainly it isn’t a crime organized by a slate of individuals serving the state of Obama’s administration. But there are victims, and there are individuals who took part who neglected their duties and attentions at critical hours for reasons we haven’t deciphered. It is apparent that these individual actions by members of the White House and State Department will not be expiated by the passage of time. It appears the Obama Administration wants them “forgiven or forgotten” and the Democrat-led Senate Intelligence Committee may prefer either way. But to allow that would be, on our part as watchful citizens and internet journalists, an act “impermissible”.
At the end of Trial Number Nine of (NMT) the Nuremburg Military Court for the leaders of the Einsatzgruppen Nazi defendents responsible for 1.5 million genocidal murders, Chief Trial Prosecutor Ben Ferencz said on 9/29/1947 in his opening statement: “Death was their tool, and life was their toy. If these men be immune, then law has lost its meaning, and man must live in fear.”
Many of these Nazi defendants “pled superior orders” as their final defense for their heinous actions. Looking at what has happened today in the State Department with the Benghazi incident I believe we are witnessing an example of an inexcusable ignorance of many individuals in the White House and the State Department acting illegally to protect either Hillary Clinton or President Obama, and that this is a coordinated and cheap attempt that failed to deceive the American public.
For this reason I would ask that Secretary Clinton resign her post and release herself from this obvious connection to this rotating chaos in her behavior and diplomacy. She shouldn’t be jeopardizing her role nor Obama’s chances by lingering on in some weird, immaculate light cast by the semi-paralyzed state she appears to be in.
