It is difficult for Americans to comprehend a system of governance in which the government is omnipotent and ordinary citizens are subject to whatever whims may be imposed by whomever happens to be in power. Agenda 21 reminds us of similar events that happened in Cuba during the Communist regime of Castro. Nevertheless, sustainable development requires such a system of governance to manage the affairs of individual citizens to insure that social equity and environmental protection are integrated into all economic activity. America's consumption of natural resources is to be reduced while providing access to the world's resources to the people in the rest of the world. But since no energy use restrictions are imposed on the remaining 137 developing nations, industry will move to China, Mexico, Brazil, and Asia to produce their goods for the people in developing nations. The process will force the redistribution of wealth to achieve "social equity" in the name of protecting the environment. The resulting increased cost of everything that uses energy will force a reduction of consumption in America. Similar system to that of Agenda 21 and the official Federal implementation signed by Obama as Executive Order 13575 were implemented in Cuba and it was called the Agrarian and Rural Reforms. It started gradually and within a few years developed into loss of ownership for the citizens of Cuba.

Brian Sussman, author of “Eco-Tyranny: How the Left’s Green Agenda will Dismantle America,” is warning that the federal government and the United Nations are teaming up to control energy usage in American homes. Sussman, who also wrote the blockbuster “Climategate,” says the move could lead to citizens losing the freedom even to run their appliances as they wish. THE ENERGY BILL AND GLOBAL WARMING
Governor Rick Scott is reviewing H.B. 7117, a bill that gives $100 million in tax incentives for renewable energy, which was passed during the 2012 session. He has until April 14th to decide whether this bill should become law or be vetoed. We, the taxpayers, tried to inform Rep. Plakon and the other Florida Legislators and Governor Scott about the bad side of this for the taxpayers of Florida. Plakon stated, “I have worked on this bill for the last 5 months since taking on the Chairmanship of this committee and I think it is a good bill.” In other words, he was not going to listen to anyone who had anything negative to say about the bill or any part of it. The federal government is proposing some sweeping new regulations that will affect how family farms operate in America. The Blaze has reported on these regulations over the last year. This week we covered the testimony by Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis before the Senate Subcommittee on Labor, Health & Human Services, Education and Related Agencies, and Pensions. PARENT EMPOWERMENT IN EDUCATION FL H1191/S1718
There has been intense bipartisan wrangling over the parent trigger measure (H1191/S1718 Parent Empowerment in Education) which peaked when Sen. Evelyn Lynn, R-Ormond Beach and Senate Democratic Leader Nan Rich tried to remove the proposal (SB 1718) from a list of more than 50 measures being sent to the floor on special order. Committee chairman John Thrasher, R-St. Augustine, backed up by Senate Majority Leader Andy Gardiner and Senate President-designate Don Gaetz, refused to grant the pair the option of voting solely against the “Parent Empowerment” measure, which they both oppose. After the meeting adjourned, Rich said it was the first time all session a bill was not allowed to be removed from the list. Near the end of the meeting, Lynn repeatedly tried to ask Thrasher to allow her to vote no on the bill. President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are entering negotiations over — or seeking ratification of — five treaties that could radically limit our national sovereignty and the reach of our democratic institutions. Particularly scary is that the treaties, once signed and ratified, have the same status as constitutional law and cannot be altered or eclipsed by Congress or state legislatures. LAW OF THE SEA TREATY – L.O.S.T.

L.O.S.T. replaces four 1958 treaties that govern the sovereign rights of a nation and how far those sovereign rights extend into the oceans of the world.
