Without firsthand experience, we blissfully ignorant on the western hemisphere (especially among the political left) have the luxury of failing or refusing to grasp the enormity of Communist ideology. Communism, in the fulfilled vision of its theoreticians Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, is the last stage in the development of human society, a kind of "end of history," as we would say today. Socialism was only a step along the way.
Communists are organized people that know how to wait: when to strike! While we are resting, or worrying about losing our jobs or homes, they are working. They do not rest and they plan ahead of time, well ahead of time.
We must start organizing ourselves right now.
