Over the last 12 months, Liberty Counsel has worked with many parents and students to advance religious liberty in public schools. Through your generous support, we successfully scored many victories for Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) in numerous states.
In some cases, CEF’s Good News Clubs were not allowed to meet. In others, the club could not grow, since it was barred from meeting immediately after school. Some schools would not allow flyers or posters from CEF, while other community club meetings, such as Boy Scouts, were actively promoted.
Liberty Counsel prevailed in every situation. Where school districts formerly discriminated against the Good News Clubs, now scores of children are hearing the Good News!

This past year has been a year of “firsts,” including Liberty Counsel’s first feature film! Uncommon, starring Erik Estrada (CHiP’s), Ben Davies (Courageous), Irma P. Hall (Soul Food), and Grammy Award-winning Christian Musician Jason Crabb, follows a group of students who face religious bigotry. Uncommon will inspire and encourage young people to stand up for their religious freedom and make a positive impact in their schools. The filming was done in the summer of 2013, and the film will be released in early 2014.
Through our 2013 Matching Grant Challenge, your $50 contribution, for example, will be matched with an additional $50, thus making a total of $100.
