President Obama’s fan base is starting to dwindle at a rapid pace.
The reason the president’s rock-god-like status is crumbling to the ground around him is largely due to the myriad of scandals involving his administration that seem to keep multiplying by the day.
In short, the American people are growing tired of the president’s lies, whether it’s the whopper he told about Benghazi being caused by a YouTube video, or the “if you like your plan, you can keep it” 
line.
Even demographics that used to be highly favorable to the president, such as the minority vote, are now calling for his impeachment. Now, with the VA scandal out in the open, Obama’s own party seems to be turning against him.
Democratic Congressman David Scott, from Georgia, had sharp words for the president and how he has chosen to deal with this new scandal, and no doubt the rebuke left Obama skulking to the Oval Office with his tail between his legs.
Our veterans are the heart and soul of this country! They are precious! And we must not turn our back on them.
I was very disappointed with President Obama today. There was no urgency! Mr. President, we need urgency! We need you to roll up your sleeves and get into these hospitals! We need you to set a pattern if the VA hospitals can’t handle it!
As strange as it may sound, Scott, a Democrat, is absolutely right. Obama has not proven to be much of a man of action when it comes to righting wrongs, taking the typical politician route and using strong rhetoric to blow smoke without taking any real steps to solve the problem.
Surely, since getting rebuked by members of his own party, the president will actually take action to hold Secretary Shinseki accountable for the disaster happening at VA hospitals. Only time will tell, but if we pay attention to current history, don’t hold your breath.
