BREAKING: US General Issues This Urgent Warning About Ebola at Mexican Border

If Ebola Hits Mexico, Central or South America, USA Will Be Swamped With Refugees

Marine Corps General John F. Kelly, Commander of the U.S. Southern Command, has warned the Obama administration that Ebola could already be at the Mexican border. Kelly reported having spoken with an embassy employee in Costa Rica who had come across several Liberian men preparing to sneak across the U.S./Mexico border.Considering the Obama Administration’s abysmal failure to control the flood of illegal immigrants at the southern border this summer, a potential Ebola crisis in Central in South America could spell disaster for the U.S.

In response to the threat of Ebola entering the U.S. via legal channels, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has instructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents at five U.S. airports to begin taking the temperatures of passengers arriving from Ebola-stricken West African countries. Speaking about the new airport policies Thursday, Johnson failed to address the threat of Ebola entering the U.S. via illegal channels. He urged the media to exercise discretion in order to avoid inciting panic, an approach in keeping with the Obama Administration’s aggressive adherence to political correctness and hands-off take on national security.

The Washington Times reports that a bipartisan group of lawmakers has written a letter to President Obama, urging him to take more aggressive actions, such as an banning air travel to and from certain regions of Africa as a means to combat Ebola rather than blindly hope for the best.

The House Homeland Security Committee will convene for a field hearing on Friday to discuss whether federal agencies are doing enough. Not surprisingly, the Obama Administration insists an outbreak in the U.S. is not likely; many Americans, however, disagree according to a recent Reason-Rupe poll.
