Infamy: Obama’s Sperm Diplomacy With Cuba

The architect of the destruction of the United States, President Barack Obama, has apologized throughout the world for America’s foreign-policy, bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, appeased dictators from all over the world, sent money to Hamas, and conducted a gun-running operation from Libya to Turkey to Syria, which ended mostly in the hands of al-Qaeda-linked terror groups and the Islamic State. Obama has lowered the prestige of the United States more than any other president in our history.

Obama has allowed China to steal our most valuable military and industrial secrets. Russia annexed the Crimean Peninsula and has attacked the eastern part of Ukraine while Obama has been looking the other way. Later, he imposed economic sanctions on Russia. Iran continues to enrich uranium, while Obama negotiates forever. North Korea conducted cyber warfare against Sony Corporation, and yet Obama called that serious attack cyber vandalism. He said that the Islamic State was a Junior Varsity team and did not represent any threat to our security.

Obama has made the United States a superpower in retreat. Our allies do not trust Obama and worst of all, our enemies do not fear him. Our national security has never been in worse danger that in the days of World War II and the Cold War. By recognizing Cuba and practically destroying the commercial embargo against that country unilaterally, violating the Helms-Burton Act and without getting a single meaningful concession from the bloody military dictatorship who has been oppressing, murdering, imprisoning thousands of freedom-loving Cubans, and driving millions into exile for the last 56 years, Obama has committed treason once again.

But now, Americans found out that Obama has committed infamy by engaging in a secret, disgusting, abominable, unprecedented, and shameful sperm diplomacy with the tyranny in Cuba. After granting almost everything that the Cuban dictator RaĂșl Castro demanded, Obama agreed to send a vial of frozen sperm of Gerardo Hernandez, who was serving two life sentences for conspiracy to murder and spying on US military facilities, to his wife Adriana Perez. The Cuban regime had been asking for such a strange request, a request never before demanded of a great nation in history. This request was made after the Federal Bureau of Prisons stated that it does not allow conjugal visits.

Astoundingly, Obama allowed the criminal responsible for the deaths of four young Americans pilots of Cuban origin, to send his frozen sperm from his prison in California to Panama. His wife was artificially inseminated not once but twice. There is no precedent in the annals of U.S. diplomacy of such horrible sperm diplomacy. What about the four Americans of Cuban origin who were murdered by Hernandez? These young men were single. Their parents will never be able to enjoy grandchildren. What about the over 300,000 political prisoners who the Cuban regime has never allowed to be with their spouses? Why should the United States permit the frozen sperm of this communist murderer to be sent to his Cuban wife when that is not permitted for any other prisoner incarcerated in this nation in history?

How can any country in the world respect such a United States president? Obama’s appeasement knows no bounds. Do you have no shame Mr. President? No decency? No sense what is proper diplomacy? Is your hatred towards our beloved nation so great that you have allowed such an embarrassing act of appeasement to a bloody Cuban dictator? Now we are hearing that in another secret deal Ana BelĂ©n Montes, who spied for Cuba during many years while she was a top official of the Defense Department, may be freed in the near future.

The exchange of the three spies, one of whom committed murder, for Alan Gross, who did not commit any crime and was kept as hostage in a Cuban jail for five years, sets a terrible precedent. Now dictators around the world know that they can kidnap Americans, put them in prison, hold them hostage, and later trade them for convicted criminals and spies serving sentences in the United States. Sadly, Obama has done this twice. The first time occurred when Obama exchanged the five worst Talibans imprisoned at our naval base in GuantĂĄnamo for an American Army sergeant who deserted his post in Afghanistan.

Even worse, Obama invited the parents of this Army traitor to the White House. The father blessed the White House in the name of Allah and Islam while Obama smiled. Under the Military Uniform Code of Justice, the penalty for a soldier who abandons his post during a war is death. A top general in the Pentagon has been investigating this case and has not decided whether or not he should be sent to a court-martial. All the soldiers in this traitor’s Army platoon have testified that the Army sergeant willfully and deliberately abandoned his post. Several soldiers died while looking for this Army deserter in Afghanistan. It is no wonder that a recent poll revealed that 83% of the members of the Armed Forces despise Barack Obama and believe that is the worst commander-in-chief in our history.

The military dictator who rules Cuba like a tyrannical emperor, RaĂșl Castro, has an arrest warrant in our nation for trafficking drugs and our president has been invited to visit America. I hope that if he comes to the United States, some brave official will arrest him for this offense and for assassinating four American pilots.

The long-suffering people of Cuba had to hear the bloody dictator RaĂșl Castro state that nothing will change in Cuba and that communism will last for 500 years. The oppression in Cuba has never ceased. In fact, this year according to the Associated Press at least 8,410 peaceful opponents and dissidents were arrested and many of them sent to prison in 2014. Many others were beaten and abused in many cities in Cuba this year while Obama was negotiating with Castro. The dream of Fidel and RaĂșl Castro of bringing back the five spies, which are called in Cuba the “five heroes,” was achieved. The spies were invited to a victory party in Havana and the shameful appeasement of Obama represented a tremendous triumph for the tyranny.

Tim Johnson and Greg Gordon, reporters of McClatchy Foreign Staff, wrote an article entitled “Diplomaculate conception? U.S. helped Cuban spy impregnate wife from prison” which was published in The Miami Herald on December 22, 2014. The reporters explained that Cuban spy Gerardo HernĂĄndez was freed by Obama on December 17, 2014 from a U.S. prison and flew to Havana for the first time in 16 years to see his 44-year-old pregnant wife, Adriana PĂ©rez.

The pregnancy came through artificial insemination and it was a negotiated deal that paved the way for the Obama announcement of the renewal of diplomatic relations with Cuba. HernĂĄndez and two other convicted Cuban spies were liberated as part of the deal. The reporters stated that “The mystery of that pregnancy will go down in history books as one of the most bizarre subplots in the annals of U.S. diplomacy.”

pregnant

Gerardo Hernandez, right, a member of “The Cuban Five,” touches the belly of his pregnant wife, Adriana Perez, during a concert in Havana on Saturday, December 20, 2014. The pregnancy came through artificial insemination while Hernández was in a U.S. jail.

The reporters wrote that the sperm diplomacy came about with intervention of the leftist Democratic Senator Patrick Leahy from Vermont, who has campaigned for years to restore relations with Cuba. Senator Leahy’s office discovered that Hernández’s wife back in Havana, who works for the secret police in Cuba, was concerned that her biological clock was ticking ever louder and was desperate to become pregnant. Shamefully, U.S. officials now admitted that they facilitated the transfer of Hernández’s frozen sperm from his California prison to his wife.

The reporters pointed out that a spokesman for the Justice Department stated the following: “We can confirm the United States facilitated Mrs. Hernández’s request to have a baby with her husband. The request was passed along by Senator Leahy, who was seeking to improve the conditions for Mr. Gross while he was imprisoned in Cuba.”

Tim Johnson and Greg Gordon pointed out that Gerardo HernĂĄndez, who was the top Cuban spy in a ring known as the Wasp Network, was shown on Cuban television several times, starting with his arrival in Havana, “caressing his wife’s very pregnant belly”. HernĂĄndez was shown again on December 20, 2014, along with the other “Cuban Five” freed spies, two of whom were released from prison in years past, at the closing session of the National Assembly presided over by dictator RaĂșl Castro, who requested a prolonged applause for the returned spies. Then a third time, HernĂĄndez appeared as a guest at a concert offered by a pro-communist singer Silvio RodrĂguez. HernĂĄndez’s wife is expected to give birth in about two weeks.

President Obama and Senator Leahy have never shown any interest in the more than 300,000 freedom-loving Cubans, who have been imprisoned over the last 56 years by the tyrannical dictatorship of Fidel and RaĂșl Castro. The male prisoners never had conjugal visits, nor were they allowed to send their frozen sperms to their wives. Female prisoners were beaten so badly by the guards that many of them could never have children and others were sexually abused. Prisoners in Cuba are routinely tortured and beaten, denied medical attention, poorly fed, and allowed few and infrequent visits by relatives.

I know this because I spent almost two years in prison, along with almost 1,200 Brigade 2506 prisoners of war. We were also frequently beaten, starved to death, and denied for seven months in the Isle of Pines prison soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, medicines, and kept in complete isolation without any visits from our families. For more than a year I did not see the sun. I lost 60 pounds in prison, contracted dysentery and hepatitis for drinking water with dead rats in it in the Castillo Del PrĂncipe in Havana. All of us had skin diseases throughout our bodies due to the lack of elementary hygiene.

“We rejoice this Christmas season that it worked,” Senator Leahy said in his statement referring to his role in sending the sperm of the murderer to his secret police wife so they can procreate a future communist. President Barack Obama called Senator Leahy after the deal was announced last week to thank him for the shameful sperm diplomacy with Cuba. It makes you want to vomit and your blood boil to hear such compassion expressed by the president and a democratic senator for a murderer and his secret police wife.

Cuban Americans feel betrayed by Obama

Dr. Carlos Eire, a Cuban exile and a professor of history and religion at Yale University, wrote an article entitled “I feel betrayed by President Obama” on  December 22, 2014. He expressed how Americans of Cuban origin consider Obama to be a traitor. Dr. Eire spoke for millions of Cubans on both sides of the Straits of Florida. Below is his entire article:

“I am furious, in pain, and deeply offended by those who laud this betrayal of the Cuban people as a great moment in history. My family and native land were destroyed by the brutal Castro regime. In 1959, as an 8-year-old, I listened to mobs shout “paredĂłn!” (to the firing squad!). I watched televised executions, and was terrified by the incessant pressure to agree with a bearded dictator’s ideals.

As the months passed, relatives, friends, and neighbors began to disappear. Some of them emerged from prison with detailed accounts of the tortures they endured, but many never reappeared, their lives cut short by firing squads.

I also witnessed the government’s seizure of all private property – down to the ring on one’s finger – and the collapse of my country’s economy. I began to feel as if some monstrous force was trying to steal my mind and soul through incessant indoctrination. By the age of 10, I was desperate to leave.

The next year, my parents sent me to the United States. I am one of the lucky 14,000 unaccompanied children rescued by Operation Peter Pan. Our plan to reunite within a few months was derailed by the policies of  the Castro regime, which intentionally prevented people like my parents from leaving Cuba. Although my mother did manage to escape three years later, my father remained stuck for the rest of his life. When he died, 14 years after my departure, the Castro regime prevented me from attending his funeral.

I am now a professor of history and religion at Yale University. And I long for justice. Instead of seeing RaĂșl Castro shaking President Obama’s hand, I would like to see him, his brother, and all their henchmen in a court room, being tried for crimes against humanity. I also long for genuine freedom in Cuba. Instead of seeing his corrupt and abusive regime rewarded with favors from the United States, I long for the day when that regime is replaced by a genuine democracy with a free market economy.

The fact that I am a historian makes me see things differently, too. I earn my living by analyzing texts and documents, sifting evidence, and separating facts from lies and myths. I have been trained to read between the lines, and to discern the hidden meaning in all rhetoric.

While much attention has been paid to President Obama’s Cuba policy speech, hardly any has been paid to dictator RaĂșl Castro’s speech, broadcast in Cuba at exactly the same time. In his spiteful address, the unelected ruler of Cuba said that he would accept President Obama’s gesture of good will “without renouncing a single one of our principles.” What, exactly, are those principles?

Like his brother Fidel, whose name he invoked, and like King Louis XIV of France, whose name he dared not mention, RaĂșl speaks of himself as the embodiment of the state he rules, as evidenced by his mention of “our principles,” which assumes that all Cubans share his mindset. RaĂșl claims that he is defending his nation’s “self-determination,” “sovereignty,” and “independence,” and also dares to boast that his total control of the Cuban economy should be admired as “social justice.” In reality, he is defending is his role as absolute monarch.

Cubans have no freedom of speech or assembly. The press is tightly controlled, and there is no freedom to establish political parties or labor unions. Travel is strictly controlled, as is access to the Internet. There is no economic freedom and no elections. According to the Associated Press at least 8,410 dissidents were detained in 2014. These are the principles that RaĂșl Castro is unwilling to renounce, which have driven nearly 20 percent of Cuba’s population into exile.

Unfortunately, these are also the very principles that President Obama ratified as acceptable, which will govern Cuba for years to come. Although President Obama did acknowledge the lack of “freedom and openness” in Cuba, and also hinted that RaĂșl Castro should  loosen his grip on the Cuban people, his rhetoric was as hollow as RaĂșl’s. He didn’t make any demands for immediate, genuine reforms in Cuba. Equally hollow was his reference to Cuba’s “civil society.” He made no mention of the constant abuse heaped on Cuba’s non-violent dissidents, or of the fact that the vast majority of them have pleaded with him to tighten rather than ease existing sanctions on the Castro regime.

But it was not just what was left unsaid that made his rhetoric hollow. Some of the “facts” cited in support of his policy changes were deliberate distortions of history that lay most of the blame for Cuba’s problems on the United States. Among the most glaring of these falsehoods was the claim that “our sanctions on Cuba have denied Cubans access to technology that has empowered individuals around the globe.” The real culprit is not the embargo, but the Castro regime itself, which actively prevents Cubans from accessing the Internet. Cuba has been purchasing all sorts of cutting-edge technology from other countries for use by its government, its military, its spies, and its tourist industry.

If studied carefully, what President Obama’s artful speech reveals is a fixation on the failures of American foreign policy, and on his role as a righteous reformer. Moreover, the speech is riddled with false assumptions and wishful thinking. Does President Obama really believe that somehow, magically, an influx of American diplomats, tourists, and dollars is going to force RaĂșl Castro and his military junta to give up their beloved repressive “principles”?

Dream on. President Obama knows all too well that the Castro regime has had diplomatic and economic relations with the rest of the world and hosted millions of tourists from democratic nations for many years. Such engagement has brought no freedom or prosperity to the Cuban people. He also knows that tourism has only served to create an apartheid state in which foreigners enjoy privileges that are denied to the natives.

President Obama’s disingenuous formulation of a new Cuba policy has been praised by many around the world, but will be challenged by the legislative branch of the government of these United States. Thank God and the Constitution for that. The American people and the Cuban people deserve a much better future and a much better interpretation of history than those offered to them in President Obama’s shameful speech”.

Cuba has given asylum for the last 56 years to more than 70 Americans who have committed serious crimes in our nation

The terrorist and anti-American communist Cuba has given asylum to more than 70 American criminals and many Cubans who have or have been sent to our nation to commit crimes. These crimes include murder, drug trafficking, and Medicare fraud.

One example of such a fugitive is Assata Shakur, the former Joanne Chesimard. Shakur, 57, was convicted in 1973 of killing New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster as he lay on the ground. She escaped from prison in 1979 and fled to Cuba. The FBI announced it has made Chesimard, now living in Cuba as Assata Shakur, the first woman on its list of most wanted terrorists.

Thirty years ago, Shakur escaped to Cuba, where she was granted political asylum by Fidel Castro. The FBI has placed her on its Top Ten Most Wanted Terrorists list with a $2 million reward.

Shakur is the killer convicted in the execution-style slaying of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. This criminal woman is the Black Liberation Army leader who was freed out of prison by her comrades two years into a life sentence.

In a recent letter sent to the White House, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie requested Shakur’s return. Christie stated that Cuba’s decision to grant her asylum “is an affront to every resident of our state, our country, and in particular, the men and women of the New Jersey State Police, who have tirelessly tried to bring this killer back to justice.”

Obama gives the Castro regime in Cuba an undeserved bailout

The Washington Post wrote an editorial entitled “Obama gives the Castro regime in Cuba an undeserved bailout.” on December 17, 2014. Below is the following excellent editorial:

“In recent months, the outlook for the Castro regime in Cuba was growing steadily darker. The modest reforms it adopted in recent years to improve abysmal economic conditions had stalled, due to the regime’s refusal to allow Cubans greater freedoms. Worse, the accelerating economic collapse of Venezuela meant that the huge subsidies that have kept the Castros afloat for the past decade were in peril. A growing number of Cubans were demanding basic human rights, such as freedom of speech and assembly.”

On Wednesday, (December 17, 2014) during the Castros suddenly obtained a comprehensive bailout — from the Obama administration. President Obama granted the regime everything on its wish list that was within his power to grant; a full lifting of the trade embargo requires congressional action. Full diplomatic relations will be established, Cuba’s place on the list of terrorism sponsors reviewed and restrictions lifted on U.S. investment and most travel to Cuba. That liberalization will provide Havana with a fresh source of desperately needed hard currency and eliminate U.S. leverage for political reforms.

Anti Castro protests in Miami

Anti-Castro activists protest in Little Havana in Miami, Florida on December 17, 2014.

As part of the bargain, Havana released Alan Gross, a U.S. Agency for International Development contractor who was unjustly imprisoned five years ago for trying to help Cuban Jews. Also freed was an unidentified U.S. intelligence agent in Cuba — as were three Cuban spies who had been convicted of operations in Florida that led to Cuba’s 1996 shoot down of a plane carrying anti-Castro activists. While Mr. Obama sought to portray Mr. Gross’s release as unrelated to the spy swap, there can be no question that Cuba’s hard-line intelligence apparatus obtained exactly what it sought when it made Mr. Gross a de facto hostage…

During his announcement on Wednesday, President Obama said a transformation of relations with Cuba would bring opportunities for both countries. Mr. Obama argued that his sweeping change of policy was overdue because the strategy of isolating the Communist regime “has had little effect.” In fact, Cuba has been marginalized in the Americas for decades, and the regime has been deprived of financial resources it could have used to spread its malignant influence in the region, as Venezuela has done. That the embargo has not succeeded in destroying communism does not explain why all sanctions should be lifted without any meaningful political concessions by Cuba.

U.S. officials said the regime agreed to released 53 political prisoners (as of today this has not been done) and allow more access to the Internet. But RaĂșl Castro promised four years ago to release all political prisoners, so the White House has purchased the same horse already sold to the Vatican and Spain.

The administration says its move will transform relations with Latin America, but that is naive. Countries that previously demanded an end to U.S. sanctions on Cuba will not now look to Havana for reforms; instead, they will press the Obama administration not to sanction Venezuela. Mr. Obama says normalizing relations will allow the United States to be more effective in promoting political change in Cuba. That is contrary to U.S. experience with Communist regimes such as Vietnam, where normalization has led to no improvements on human rights in two decades. Moreover, nothing in Mr. Obama’s record of lukewarm and inconstant support for democratic change across the globe can give Ms. Sánchez and her fellow freedom fighters confidence in this promise.

The Vietnam outcome is what the Castros are counting on: a flood of U.S. tourists and business investment that will allow the regime to maintain its totalitarian system indefinitely. Mr. Obama may claim that he has dismantled a 50-year-old failed policy; what he has really done is give a 50-year-old failed regime a new lease on life.”

Who Benefits if the Embargo Is Lifted?

Mary Anastasia O’Grady wrote an article entitled “Who Benefits if the Embargo Is Lifted?” which was published by The Wall Street Journal on December 21, 2014. O’Grady explained that President Obama appeared to be “trying to prove his own revolutionary bona fides when he announced on new diplomatic relations with the military dictatorship and plans to make it easier for Americans to travel to the island and engage in commerce with Cubans.”

Obama repeatedly linked the isolation of the Cuban people to U.S. foreign policy, as the dictatorial regime has been saying for over five decades. Obama complained that the embargo strives to keep “Cuba closed off from an interconnected world.” In a reference to the limited access that Cubans have to telecommunications, the president pointed out that “our sanctions on Cuba have denied Cubans access to technology that has empowered individuals around the globe.” This is false.

O’Grady explained that Cubans know that the Island is not isolated from foreigners. She stated the following: “According to Cuban statistics in 2013 there were 2.85 million visitors to the island of 11 million inhabitants. These included European, Chinese, Latin American, Canadian, and American tourists, and investors. In the first six months of this year, according to The Havana Consulting Group, there were 327,000 visitors to Cuba from the U.S.”

The isolation that exists is caused by the police state, which controls foreigners’ movements, moving most visitors into resort hotels and night clubs and discotheques. Communist tourist guides, many of whom who work for the secret police, move tourists in government buses while they praised the great progress made by the Cuban revolution.

The communist tourist guides point out buildings and structures that were built prior to Castro coming to power in Cuba in 1959 and say that those were built by Fidel Castro. Even the tunnel in Havana built by President Fulgencio Batista is attributed to Fidel Castro. None of the tourists are shown the slums of Havana or any those of other cities in Cuba. Unless they go on their own, the tourists will never see the decaying buildings that are often collapse killing its residents, the broken streets, the miserable faces of desperate Cubans looking for food, the lack of drinking water and electricity that makes Cuba a living hell. Foreign journalists, who oppose the Communist Party line or criticize the regime, are not allowed into the nation.

The reporter pointed out that more tourists will not reduce Cuban poverty. The dictatorial and oppressive regime keeps the hard currency that they leave behind and pays workers in worthless pesos. It is true that the Cuban people lack access to technology, but Obama’s suggestion that it is because of the embargo is another lie.

O’Grady wrote that billionaire Carlos Slim, the Mexican telecom monopolist; TelefĂłnica, the Spanish broadband and telecommunications provider; Vietnam’s Natcom; Ireland’s Digicel and countless other companies are doing business on the Island. But these companies cannot provide Internet access in homes because the regime prohibits it.

Obama claims that this small, backward Caribbean country is a huge untapped export market, which is another lie. If this were true, the reporter asked the following: “How come the likes of Mexico and Spain haven’t flooded the virgin paradise for capitalists and turbocharged the Cuban middle class? Maybe because a couple of hoodlums have rigged the game. They decide who and what enters the country, treat Cubans like slaves, and arbitrarily jail foreign entrepreneurs and take property when it suits them.”

Conclusion

By recognizing Cuba and partially destroying the Cuban embargo, Barack Obama has thrown a lifesaver and given oxygen to the Cuban military dictatorship that now will be able to continue to jail and beat up opponents, assassinate, and shoot freedom-loving Cubans, and continue to oppress 12 million people.

Obama ignored the fact that Fidel Castro pleaded Nikita Khrushchev to launch a surprise nuclear attack upon the United States during the 1962 October Missile Crisis. Obama is unaware or does not care that Fidel Castro may have been involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Lastly, Obama is unaware or does not care that the sadist and serial killer, Ernesto “Che” Guevara, shot over 2,000 children and men in the first few months of 1959 when he was placed in charge of the La Cabaña prison in Havana. Later, when Che came to speak at the United Nations, he planned with Cuban terrorists in New York City to blow up the Statue of Liberty and other places, but fortunately the FBI discovered the plot and was able to stop it.

Obama has ignored the fact that Cuba has introduced tons of drugs, including cocaine and heroin, over the years into our country to corrupt our people and make them addicts. He has ignored that Cuba sends members of the secret police to commit Medicare fraud and steal millions of dollars from our government. He has ignored the fact that Cuba has worked closely with all Islamic terrorist organizations and has friendly and close relations with all of our enemies. He has ignored the fact that Cuba has trained communist terrorists and sent them to various countries in Latin America, Asia, and Africa where they have been engaged in long and bloody civil wars. He has ignored that Cuba has murdered Americans in Cuba and North Vietnam and confiscated in 1960 $9 billion (at today’s prices) of American property. Obama has ignored that Cubans have no freedom of speech or assembly. The press is completely controlled, and there is no freedom to establish political parties or labor unions. Travel is strictly controlled, as is access to the Internet. There is no economic freedom and no free elections. Obama has ignored that the repression in Cuba is worse than ever.

Recognizing Cuba diplomatically and practically destroying the Cuban embargo will not bring freedom to Cuba. Quite the contrary, it will strengthen the tyrannical communist regime and will make Cuba more dangerous to our national security. Sending millions of tourists to Cuba will not change the nature of the regime or reduce poverty. Why should have Obama extended his hand of friendship to such a terrorist dictatorial regime? Is it because Obama is a Marxist, as well as his many friends and political appointees, who has always admired Fidel and Raul Castro? Is it because you are a traitor to the country that elected you twice?

The bloody dictatorship in Cuba has shot or assassinated more than 14,000, jailed over 300,000, and is responsible for the deaths of over 80,000 Cubans who have drawn or been devoured by sharks while desperately trying to cross in rafts and small boats the dangerous Straits of Florida. The brutal regime has attacked boats trying to escape from the Island prison that is Cuba killing many freedom-loving Cubans.

The illegal and unilaterally move to normalize relations with the tyrannical communist regime of Cuba is being compared to treason throughout the country by Americans of Cuban descent. The measures taken by the White House will prolong the military dictatorship and will enrich the communist regime.

Engaging Cuba diplomatically and lifting most of the embargo on Cuba unconditionally will only prolong the suffering of the Cuban people. Obama is responsible in history for having betrayed the defense of human rights and fundamental freedoms of the Cuban people. Obama has betrayed the internal Cuban resistance and opponents of the communist tyrannical regime.

Republicans in Congress must fight ObamaÂŽs violation of the Helms-Burton Act, either by filing a lawsuit in federal court or, even better, filing Impeachment articles in the House of Representatives for his many violations of the Constitution, high treason and many crimes and misdemeanors.
