Senator Linares speaks on Cuba, the embargo and the Cuban people. Cuba is a country wide jail that is controlled by a bloody Communist dictatorship. He has said that he will go to Cuba only if he is allowed to talk to the young people about entrepreneurship, free election, human rights, and freedom of speech.
