The greatest attack on the religious organizations of faith is under way in Tallahassee. We must let our voices be heard now in one accord.
In the past few weeks the House and Senate passed an adoption Bill, HB 7013 which has language that will legalize homosexual adoptions in Florida. This bill is being sent to the Governor for signature and will become law.
Another Bill HB 7111 was introduced in the House to protect Faith based organizations from being discriminated against by the State forcing these organizations and ministries to adopt children to couples who are against their religious and moral principles. This includes faith based childrenâs homes to local womenâs pregnancy centers. The bill has past the House, however, has stalled out in the Senate. The only option for the bill to continue moving is for Senate President Gardner to call for a special committee meeting. People of faith must respond now to protect our freedoms.
