All of the Democrat candidates for president when on and on about how we need to provide free college tuition for all, but what good is that going to do if there are no jobs after graduation?
And now we find out our own government is working against our own citizens! (In the Obama administration? What a SHOCK).
Get this… “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is expanding a program that awards businesses bonuses when they hire alien college graduates over native-born graduates, according to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies.”
The new changes DHS is proposing as part of President Obama’s executive action on immigration last November extends the program further to allow these students to stay in the United States for an additional 24 months instead of 17. This extension would allow these students to stay in the United States for a total of 36 months.”
But there’s another problem with this scheme as well. If fewer people are paying Social Security and Medicare taxes, it just means those programs will dry up even faster.
“No one seems to notice that this will rob the elderly by taking money out of the Social Security and Medicare trust funds,” North said.
Well this is just a dandy piece of policy, isn’t it? Screw over our own U.S. college graduates AND their parents at the same time! Who ever said the government couldn’t be efficient?
