Loretta Lynch needs to work with the FBI when those 150 federal agents complete their criminal investigation of Hillary Clintonâs mishandling top secret and SAPâspecial access programâ emails as well as trading favors for millions in contributions to the Clinton Foundation while she served as secretary of state. By now Americans are well aware that former President Bill Clinton and former First lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton engaged in a worldwide influence peddling and trading multimillion donations to their foundation for favors.
Like any American citizen, the Clintons should be given the presumption of innocence. However, if the FBI director thinks that crimes were committed, federal prosecutors from the Department of Justice need to indict Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton and if convicted, they must go to jail.

Clinton Cash
Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been involved in a great number of scandals over the years. One of their worst scandals is how the Clinton Foundation has accepted millions from foreign countries and shady individuals over a number of years. It is also one of the many reasons why Hillary Clinton should not be elected president.
Amy Chozick wrote an article entitled âNew Book, âClinton Cash,â Questions Foreign Donations to Foundationâ which was published in the New York Times on April 19, 2015. Republican presidential candidate Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky has called the information from this book âbig newsâ that will âshock peopleâ and make voters âquestionâ the candidacy of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Peter Schweizer, a well-known writer, wrote a 186-page book entitled Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich.â The author analyzed large donations made to the Clinton Foundation by foreign governments and individuals.
Peter Schweizer explained that the leaders of foreign nations who made large donations to the Clinton Foundation and to former President Bill Clinton through very high speaking fees received favors from the State Department under Hillary Clinton in return. Schweizer wrote that âWe will see a pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable U.S. policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds.â
Reporter Amy Chozick said that the author of the book used as examples âA free-trade agreement in Colombia that benefited a major foundation donorâs natural resource investments in the South American nation, development projects in the aftermath of the Haitian earthquake in 2010, and more than $1 million in payments to Mr. Clinton by a Canadian bank and major shareholder in the Keystone XL oil pipeline around the time the project was being debated in the State Department.â
On April 21, 2015, Fox Newsâ Sean Hannity interviewed Judge Andrew Napolitano. The judge stated that in his opinion the revelations in the book Clinton Cash could be grounds for a criminal indictment. The findings in Peter Schweizerâs book reveal that the Hillary Clinton State Department traded favors for big donations to the Clinton Foundation and speaking fees for Bill Clinton. The author wrote that he has evidence of a âpay-to-play scheme.â
Amy Chozick explained in her article that Schweizer pointed out that the Clinton Foundation did not disclose some shady donors. He cited the example of Canadian tax records as evidence of a $2 million donation from the Fernwood Foundation that Schweizer says went unreported. The author also said that he found a $40,000 donation in the form of stocks from the Dattels Family Foundation that was listed on their website but not on the Clintonsâ donor list.
Among the shady donors was the Sudanese Lundin Group, a mining, oil and gas company that was investigated for war crimes and has reportedly reaped massive profits in the war-torn Democratic Republic of Congo. Lundin committed $100 million to the Clinton Foundation shortly after Hillary Clinton announced her presidential candidacy in 2007.
The bloody dictator of Sudan Omar al-Bashir came to power through a military coup d’Ă©tat in 1989.
The dictator Omar al-Bashir became the first sitting president to be indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for directing a campaign of mass killing, rape, and pillage against Christian civilians in southern region of Darfur. In the Darfur region the Muslim Brotherhood government of Sudan has assassinated up to 400,000 Christians. Thousands of Christian women were raped and kidnapped and given to Muslim men in the north of the country as well as their Christian children. All of them were forced to become Muslims. The civil war has displaced over 2.5 million people out of a total population of 6.2 million in Darfur.
In July 2008, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno Ocampo, accused al-Bashir of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes in Darfur. The court issued an arrest warrant for the bloody dictator Omar al-Bashir on March 4, 2009.
How astounding and shameful was for the Clinton Foundation to have accepted a $100 million commitment from a Sudanese mining company that was investigated for war crimes! Even more shameful and dangerous is the fact that President Barack Obamaâs brother is working with the Muslim Brotherhood regime of dictator Omar al-Bashir and to be raising funds for the terrorist organization of Hamas in Gaza.
Mohammed Hussein al Amoudi is a Saudi business leader that has interests across the world, notably in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. He has shown a particular commitment to Saudi Arabia (of which he is a citizen), to Sweden and to Ethiopia.
Amy Chozick pointed out that Schweizer also wrote about another large donor to the Clinton Foundation, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali al Amoudi is a Saudi Arabian/Ethiopian businessman and billionaire who lives in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia. In early March 2015, Forbes estimated his net worth at $10.8 billion and listed him as Ethiopia’s richest man, the second richest Saudi Arabian citizen in the world and the second richest black person in the world.
Al Amoudi made his fortune in construction and real estate before branching out to buy oil refineries in Sweden and Morocco. He is the largest individual foreign investor in Ethiopia and a major investor in Sweden. The reporter stated the following: âAn Ethiopian American human rights group sent an open letter in 2009 to the Clinton Foundation and the Secretary of Stateâs Office warning that they believed Amoudiâs huge donation was funneled from the Ethiopian government, as Amoudi was not known for his philanthropy.â
The reporter wrote of a murky practice discussed in the Clinton Cash book. This was the use of the special government employee (SGE) by the State Department which allowed some officials to simultaneously work for the State Department and non-government organizations, including the Clinton Foundation. The Senate Judiciary Committee is currently examining Secretary of State Clintonâs use of the SGE after an investigation by ProPublica discovered that there were at least 100 State Department employees who worked for other organizations at the same time.
Schweizer revealed that former President Bill Clintonâs very large speaking fees as a potential avenue to influence Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The Clinton Foundation, when Hillary Clinton was appointed Secretary of State, promised President Barack Obama that it would not accept donations from any additional countries. It would continue to accept donations from those countries that had already made contributions to the foundation which included many Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and others. However, it was recently revealed that this agreement was violated when the foundation accepted millions of dollars from Algeria for the very first time.
Aviva Shen wrote an article entitled âThe Media is Hyping an Unreleased Anti-Hillary Bookâ for the website Thinkprogress on April 21, 2015. Shen explained that Peter Schweizer wrote that from 2001 to 2012, the Clintonsâ income was at least $136.5 million. The author stated the following: âDuring Hillaryâs years of public service, the Clintons have conducted or facilitated hundreds of large transactions with foreign governments and individuals. Some of these transactions have put millions in their own pockets.â
The author pointed out that âof the 13 Clinton speeches that fetched $500,000 or more, only two occurred during the years his wife was not secretary of state.â In 2011, former President Bill Clinton earned $13.3 million in speaking fees for 54 speeches, the majority of which were made overseas, the author writes.
 Hillary Clinton campaign is doing poorly due the FBI criminal investigation

Senator Bernie Sanders, a Marxist from Vermont, who is running for president under the Democratic Party, is doing well in the recent polls of the first two Democratic contests of Iowa and New Hampshire. This shows that Hillary Clintonâs presidential campaign is in serious trouble, even though she still leads in national polls.
The trend of all the polls clearly indicates that Hillary Clinton is losing support among Democrats. National polls indicate that most Americans think she cannot be trusted and she is not honest due to her multiple scandals. Hillary Clintonâs presidential campaign is being hurt by a string of scandals, including her use of an illegal unsecured private server kept, in violation of federal law, in the baseman of her house. At least 1,340 emails thus far that were received by Mrs. Clinton were classified top secret and some. Additionally, Hillary Clinton destroyed about 34,000 emails, which any prosecutor, would say that is evidence of a guilty knowledge.
The former Secretary of State Clintonâs private email server contained intelligence about the governmentâs most important secrets. Reviewers have discovered several dozen emails containing information deemed to be at âconfidential, secret, and top secret/sapâ levels. The SAPâSpecial Access Programâreference in particular is raising a great deal of alarm in Washington. A SAP usually refers to a highly covert technology program, often weaponry. Knowledge of these programs is usually restricted to small groups of people on a need-to-know basis.
It is suspected that all of the top secrets e-mails from the Department of State may have been hacked by the enemies of the United States. Two Inspectors Generals from the Intelligence Services and the Department of State said the former secretary of State may have mishandled top secret and classified e-mails.
On January 25, 2016, Roger Aronoff wrote an article titled âHillary Clinton Faces Legal and Political Obstacles in Presidential Bidâ which was published in Accuracy in Media. Aronoff pointed out that Mrs. Clintonâs never-ending scandals as well as the two FBI criminal investigations are hurting her campaign. On February 1, 2016, the Iowa caucuses begin and the numbers are close between Hillary Clinton and socialist candidate Senator Bernie Sanders from Vermont.
Aronoff explained that according to a CNN poll Mrs. Clinton is trailing Sanders by almost 30 points. Sandersâ potential victories in Iowa and New Hampshire could dramatically alter the dynamics of the race.
Aronoff said out that winning the Democratic presidential primary might be the least of Mrs. Clintonâs worries since the State Department continues its monthly release of Mrs. Clintonâs emails, and the news keeps getting worse and worse. He explained the following: âMarc Thiessen, a former speechwriter for President Bush, spelled it out: Having any classified information on your private server is against the law. But Special Access Programs contain information so sensitive, it is given a secret âcodewordâ and placed into a âcompartmentâ to which only a small number of specially cleared people have access. To see this information, it is not enough to have Top Secret security clearance; you have to be cleared for that specific compartment.â
By now most Americans are aware that as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton showed a complete disregard for the security of our nation. When her aide Jake Sullivan said that aides were having trouble sending information via secure fax, Clinton wrote back, âIf they canât, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure.â Aronoff wrote that former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova stated âThis is gigantic; the removal of the classified marking is a federal crime. It is the same thing to order someone to do it as if she had done it herself.â
Roger Aronoff concluded his article by stating the following: âNo matter where one looks, there seems to be even more Clinton corruption. The Clinton family cannot run away from its corrupt and scandalous record, no matter how far the mainstream media will go to avoid mentioning specifics.â
The State Department has released a new batch of emails
On January 20, 2016, Chuck Ross wrote an article titled âState Department Releases Clinton IT Guru Emailsâ which was published in The Daily Caller. Ross said that the State Department has released for the first time a batch of emails specifically regarding Bryan Pagliano, the former State Department tech worker who helped manage Hillary Clintonâs private email system.
The reporter concluded his article by stating the following: âRecords, which were provided to The Daily Caller in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed on its behalf by the watchdog group Cause of Action, suggest that Pagliano is a central figure in a State Department inspector general investigation. They also show Pagliano, who started working at State in May 2009, discussing personnel and IT-related matters with Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, Clintonâs top two State Department aides. The State Department inspector generalâs interest in Pagliano has been rumored. In September, Yahoo! News reported that the watchdog sought to interview Pagliano in June. But the tech worker declined the request, as well as one from the FBI, by invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. He did the same in September when he declined to testify for the House Select Committee on Benghazi. But the emails recently released to The Daily Caller for the first time show officials within the agency discussing Pagliano within what appears to be the context of an IG probe.â
Former New York City Mayor and U.S. Attorney Rudy Giuliani said that he thinks Hillary Clinton violated 13 federal laws
Sandy Fitzgerald wrote an article titled âRudy Giuliani: Hillary Can’t Avoid Indictment in Email Scandalâ which was published in Newsmax on January 20, 2016.
Former New York City Mayor and U.S. Attorney Rudy Giuliani said on January 20, 2016 that he does not think there is any way Hillary Clinton should be able to avoid facing an indictment for the âsecretive and highly classifiedâ government information found on the private email server she used while secretary of state. Giuliani told the Fox And Friends program the following: “There are 13 violations of federal law that she arguably committed, this is about as clear as it gets. It is a crime to negligently handle top secret material. Now, how can she put all this out there and not get proceeded against by the government.”
Giuliani pointed out that there is currently a move to demote retired General David Petraeus ârank over his sharing of secret information with his biographer and mistress. Former New York City Mayor said: “They treated it â in the case of Petraeus â as a major crime, and his actions are a hundredth of hers. She misrepresented about it. She’s lied about it. She said she had no top secret material. It’s absurd.”
Giuliani told FoxNews that Clinton “destroyed 34,000 emails,” and that he would have argued, as a prosecutor, “that’s evidence of a guilty knowledge . . . the destruction is evidence of guilty knowledge, evidentiary principle that you can use against someone when they’re in a situation where who knows what’s on those 34,000 e-mails.”
Lastly, Giuliani denied that the probe is politically motivated as has been claimed by Clinton presidential campaign; as it is the FBI, part of the Obama administration, that is doing the investigation. In addition, Giuliani pointed out, the FBI has opened a second investigation into the Clinton Foundation, which he would find “really worrying” if he were her attorney.
The Wall Street editorial: Hillaryâs âSpecial Accessâ Server
The editorial said the following:
âWhen Team Clinton warns of a vast right-wing conspiracy, itâs a sure sign of political distress. Hillary Clintonâs accusation that even an independent federal watchdog is conspiring against her is another sign that her email problems are escalating.
The Clinton attack is a response to a Jan. 14 letter from the intelligence communityâs inspector general, Charles McCullough, to Congressâs intelligence committees. Mr. McCullough said he has received sworn declarations from the intelligence community that former Secretary of State Clintonâs private email server contained intelligence about the governmentâs most important secrets. Reviewers have found âseveral dozen emailsâ containing information deemed to be at âconfidential, secret, and top secret/sapâ levels.
The SAPâspecial access programâreference in particular is ringing Washington alarms. A SAP usually refers to a highly covert technology program, often weaponry. Knowledge of these programs is usually restricted to small groups of people on a need-to-know basis.
NBC News first reported that the SAP reference on Mrs. Clintonâs server is so sensitive that Mr. McCullough had to get special clearance before he could even view the intelligence-community declarations. Later on Wednesday NBC quoted âsenior U.S. officialsâ as saying that the information was âinnocuousâ chatter about U.S. military drone strikes.
This quote looks like an attempt at political damage control because the SAP news undermines Mrs. Clintonâs previous claim that the emails on her server werenât classified âat the time.â The fact of drone strikes may have generally been known to the public, but classification levels often involve specific detailsâsuch as targets and timing. Mrs. Clinton would surely have recognized the sensitive nature of such a programâthe details of which were sitting on her unsecured email server, affording âspecial accessâ to any quality Chinese hacker.
This is probably why Mrs. Clintonâs campaign decided to smear Mr. McCullough as a partisan. Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon complained: âIt is alarming that the intelligence community IG, working with Republicans in Congress, continues to selectively leak materials in order to resurface the same allegations and try to hurt Hillary Clintonâs presidential campaign.
As it happens, President Obama nominated Mr. McCullough to be the nationâs first IG of the intelligence community after a lifetime in law enforcement and intelligence. The Senate confirmed him unanimously.
The Daily Caller and watchdog group Cause of Action have also reported on other emails showing that top State Department officials, including Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy, knew about Mrs. Clintonâs private server as early as August 2011. The emails show that a State official suggested to Mrs. Clintonâs aides that she move to a government-issued BlackBerry and email address given âmalfunctioningâ on her âpersonal unitâ and âpersonal email server.â Mrs. Clintonâs confidante, Huma Abedin, rejected the request.
All of this is relevant to the FBI probe into Mrs. Clintonâs intentions and negligence in handling classified information. Mrs. Clinton put U.S. secrets at risk for the selfish political purpose of hiding her correspondence from public view. She should be held accountable.â
Charles Krauthammer denounced the actions of the Clinton Foundation
Charles Krauthammer, one of our country’s most respected columnists wrote the following:
âThe Clinton Foundation is organized crime at its finest. Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history. This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own   purposes. All tax free. Here’s how it works:
- You create a separate foreign charity. In this case, the Clintons set it up in Canada.
- Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity. In this case, over 1,000 did — contributing mega millions. I’m sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return.(Imagine Putin’s buddies waking up one  morning and just deciding to send untold millions to a
Canadian  charity). - The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.
- The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors.
- The Clinton Foundation then spends some of this money for legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%.  Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clinton’s, pay salaries to untold  numbers of hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually all tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.
- The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world’s best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings. They discover these “clerical errors” and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns. Net result — foreign money goes into the Clinton’s pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering. Oh, by the way, the Canadian “charity” includes as a principal one Frank Giustra.
Frank Giustra is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted.
As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security at risk. Sarcasm aside, if you’re still not persuaded this was a cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton’s, ask yourself this: Why did these foreign interests   funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and countries in need? This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling.â
Catherine Herridge and Pamela Browne wrote an article which was published in FoxNews.com on January 19, 2016. They explained that Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent on January 14, 2016 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified “several dozen” additional classified emails — including specific intelligence known as “Special Access Programs” (SAP).
Herridge and Browne pointed out that SAP is a level of classification beyond even âtop secret,â the label previously given to two emails found on her server, and brings even more scrutiny to the Mrs. Clintonâs handling of the governmentâs closely held secrets.
A former senior law enforcement told Fox News the following: âThere is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material. It is the most sensitive of the sensitive. Executive Order 13526 — called Classified National Security Information and signed on December 29, 2009 — sets out the legal framework for establishing special access programs. The order says the programs can only be authorized by the president, the Secretaries of State, Defense, Energy, and Homeland Security, the Attorney General, and the Director of National Intelligence, or the principal deputy of each.”
Herridge and Browne wrote that according to court documents, former CIA Director David Petraeus was prosecuted for sharing intelligence from special access programs with his biographer and mistress Paula Broadwell. There was a non-disclosure agreement where Petraeus agreed to protect these closely held government programs, with the understanding âunauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention or negligent handling ⊠could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation.â Clinton signed an identical non-disclosure agreement January 22, 2009.
Then why Clinton is not being indicted since what she did was much worse what General David Petraeus did?
Herridge and Browne concluded their article by stating the following: âWhile the State Department and Clinton campaign have said the emails in questions were âretroactively classifiedâ or âupgradedâ â to justify the more than 1,300 classified emails on her server â those terms are meaningless under federal law. The former federal law enforcement official said the finding in the January Inspector General letter represents a potential violation of USC 18 Section 793, âgross negligenceâ in the handling of secure information under the Espionage Act.
Conclusion
The Clintons have always believed that they are above the law and that rules and regulations that apply to others do not apply to them. It is clear why Hillary Clintonâs destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to   take. Bill and Hillary are liars, devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal. Both should be indicted.
Astoundingly, Hillary Clinton stated when she was presenting her new book that at one time she was flat broke. She also lied recently when she stated that all of her grandparents were immigrants.
Similar to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton frequently lies. Similar to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton has been involved in numerous scandals and has committed crimes. Similar to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton believes that she is above the law. Similar to Obama, she has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Hillary Clinton, unlike her husband, is not a charming and charismatic politician. She had a poor rollout of her presidential campaign. No matter how hard she has tried to connect with ordinary people, many feel that she lacks authenticity. Together with her campaign staffers, Hillary Clinton is trying very hard to distance herself from many scandals involving Bill Clinton and her. Hillary Clinton has a very serious problem and that is the many scandals will simply not go away.
The fact that the Clinton Foundation has accepted millions from foreign countries and shady individuals over a number of years, which constitute a major scandal has, indeed, hurt Hillary Clintonâs presidential campaign. How could Hillary Clinton pretend to be a defender of the rights of women in the United States when she has accepted millions of dollars from Middle Eastern countries where women are severely oppressed and are stoned to death for infidelity?
Hillary Clinton is a tremendous hypocrite! The former first lady is a corrupt and dishonest politician. For the sake of our beloved country, this writer hopes that this terrible scandal and the others will end her presidential campaign.
Never before in our history has a leading presidential candidate been campaigning while 150 FBI agents are investigating that candidate for misusing classified top secret information in an illegal private server at her home and for corruption while serving as secretary of state. More than likely China, Russia, Iran and other are enemy nations that have cyber capabilities have all the Clintonâs emails. The FBI agents are also investigating Mrs. Clinton trading favors for cash donations to the Clinton Foundation or for tens of thousands dollar in speeches for the Clintons. Unless Mrs. Clinton is indicted, she could be elected president and the corrupt couple could be back in the White House in January 2017.
If Hillary Clinton is not indicted and wins the presidential election in 2016, it means the final death knell for America! Her whole public life has been a one scandal after another with cover-ups and lies.
