According to former U.S. Attorney Joseph E. diGenova, Hillary Clinton as secretary of state “violated classified information laws — both misdemeanors and felonies.”

Noting that the Democratic National Convention is in July, diGenova said, “It could and should come down by then. According to reports, there was information in Clinton’s private email server that was “too damaging” to release. Such intelligence would include real-time information about intelligence collection, names of sources and the movement of assets.
