FBI Director James Comey outlined multiple reasons why Hillary Clinton violated the law in circumventing the Freedom of Information Act and Espionage Act over unsecured emails with classified and SECRET information on them, but then said no âreasonable prosecutorâ would bring this case before a judge. Are you out of your mind?
âAlthough there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. In looking back into our investigations, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges based on these facts.â – Dir. James Comey.
Dir. Comey also said that certain devices were wiped âas to preclude complete forensic recovery.â Premeditated, not guilty?
Dr. Comey also indicated that such cases of handling of confidential information usually involve âclearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice.â
OK, so there is nothing to see, nothing to talk about, no criminal intent, let us just move along, just another day in the lives of corrupt politicians and officials.
