A MESSAGE TO THE FBI – WAS RECEIVED!

dsc00789

What timing! Just 4 days after members of Bear Witness Central and local patriots conducted a protest rally at the two entrances to the Washington DC, FBI  building on October 24, 2016, FBI Director Comey sent a letter to Congress regarding the renewed probe into Clinton-related emails.   The protest rally was made as an strategic move to urge members of the Agency to speak up about Hillary Clinton’s breach of rules for the handling of classified materials.

FBI agents were aware of new Clinton-related emails weeks before director Comey.  During the protest rally last week, the Patriots asked the FBI agents to remove Hillary’s security clearance since she broke laws that protect the national security of the U.S., making her unqualified to be the Commander in Chief. The FBI Director James B. Comey wrote that he was informed on the new  development Thursday and then sent a letter to legislators the next day indicating that appropriate investigative steps would be taken into Hillary’s e-mails case.  As Matt Vespa of Townhall mentioned,  it is unclear why investigators did not tell Comey sooner after NY FBI agents seized a computer related to their investigation of former congressman Anthony Weiner.  Members of Bear Witness Central are elated that their message to the FBI agents during the protest rally might have triggered FBI agents to act on the information three days after the rally.

The protesters included a Cuban American who served 2 terms in the U.S. military in Viet Nam and another who survived 22 years in Cuba’s inhumane jails as a political prisoner. They carefully followed the guidance provided by the FBI as to the rules for protesting there, while, ironically Mrs. Clinton’s breaking of rules and laws were not pursued by FBI Director, James Comey.

Apparently, the FBI forgot to visit the Cornell Law Library. Word for word from the Cornell Law Library:

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s
private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office. Very specifically points
to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts
to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper,
document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States,
or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this
title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such
record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals,
removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from
holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include
the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

FBI announced Friday that it is reopening its criminal investigation of Clinton’s personal email server.

FBI Director James Comey did not give details except to convey that, in connection with an unrelated case, new evidence had been uncovered. The Director said his agency would “review these new emails to determine whether they contain classified information.”

This is a stunning new development. It will surely do enormous damage to Clinton’s chances of winning the office she has long coveted. But if she is elected notwithstanding, the FBI investigation itself will hobble her presidency from the outset. The cloud of distrust and scandal that already hovers over Clinton could grow exponentially.  – Fox News
