REPORT: Illegal Alien FOUND GUILTY In Slaughter Of Family Of Five In San Francisco.

An illegal immigrant from Vietnam now faces life in prison after being convicted in the 2012 hammer-killing of a family of five in San Francisco, Fox News reports.

Binh Thai Luc, who has a storied and violent criminal record, was ordered to be deported in 2006. On Monday, Luc was found guilty in the murders of a family of Chinese immigrants and was also found guilty on five counts of attempted robbery and two counts of burglary.

In debt and served an eviction notice, Luc killed the family whilst robbing them after he lost money at a casino on March 23, 2012. Prosecutors revealed the family kept thousands of dollars in cash in their San Francisco home – Luc had more than $6,500 with him when he was arrested. The jury was told that Luc settled his debt after the murders.

Luc was in prison for a decade for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon for the 1996 armed robbery of a Chinese restaurant. After his crimes in 1996, Luc was ordered to be deported back to Vietnam after his release but the Vietnamese government did not provide the proper documents for the deportation to take place.

In 2006, U.S. federal immigration authorities released Luc back into the community.

San Francisco District Attorney George Gascón said of the verdict:

This was a very gruesome, brutal murder, and we’re pleased we’re getting some accountability for the family and for the community.

Notably, Luc did not speak after the verdict was announced but defense attorney, Mark Goldrosen said Luc was “quite disappointed” with the verdict.

How does the old saying go? “Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time?” That applies tenfold in Luc’s case. After miscarriages of justice by California, it restores collective sanity within America’s borders that illegal aliens that slaughter innocent citizens are indeed not a protected class.

Luc is “quite disappointed” but seemingly forgets the victims he ruthlessly murdered. Life in prison is too kind for Luc but at least he no longer has the chance to harm anybody else.
