At least seven times Barack Obama warned Assad that using chemical weapons would cross a red line.

On Sunday dozens of people including children reportedly choked to death in a chemical attack near Douma, east of Damascus.
President Trump lashed out at Russia, Iran and Syria for the attack.
Then President Trump blasted former President Barack Obama for his fake red line with the Assad regime.
