What happened on September 11, 2001?
On September 11, 2001, the United States suffered the worst terrorist attack in its territory with the loss of life of 2,976 individuals and more than 6,000 wounded in New York City, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Four commercial airlines planes were hijacked by 19 terrorist who were members of al-Qaeda. Fifteen Islamic terrorists were from Saudi Arabia, two from the United Arab Emirates, one from Egypt, and one from Lebanon. It was the first time that commercial airplanes had been used as missile weapons in the world crashing them against buildings.
The airplanes from American Airline Flight 11 and from United Airlines Flight 175 were the first two to be hijacked. A Boeing 767 from American Airlines Flight 11 took off from Logan Airport in Boston in route towards Los Angeles. Al-Qaeda terrorist Mohamed Atta took control of the airplane, most likely after killing the pilots, and crashed the airplane against the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City at 8:46 in the morning.
Another Boeing 767 from United Airlines Flight 175 was also hijacked at Logan Airport in Boston on its way to Los Angeles. Al-Qaeda terrorist Marwan al Shehhi crashed the airplane against the South Tower of the World Trade Center shortly afterwards.
Both towers of 110 floors collapsed killing almost 3,000 people including the passengers in the airplanes and police and firefighters officers who had come to help the victims of that unprecedented and most cruel attack. The South Tower collapsed at 9:59 a.m. and the North Tower was brought down at 10:28 a.m. A third building of the World Trade Center collapsed at 5:20 in the afternoon. In addition to these three buildings, 23 skyscrapers nearby had to be demolished due to the damages to their structures.
A third Boeing 757 from American Airline Flight 77 took off from Washington Dulles Airport on its way to Los Angeles. At 9:37 in the morning al Qaeda-terrorist Hani Hanjour crashed the airplane against the Pentagon flying at a speed of 530 mph. One twenty five military and civilians died at the Pentagon.
A fourth Boeing 757 from United Airlines Flight 93 took off from Liberty International Airport in Newark, New Jersey towards San Francisco. These passengers learned about the attacks against the World Trade Center from the relatives and realized that the terrorists who had captured their airplane would crash it against an important building in Washington, D.C. The terrorists were planning to crash the Boeing 757 plane either at the Capitol or the White House. The brave unarmed passengers decided to try to take control of their hijacked plane.
In response to the passengers running toward the cockpit, al-Qaeda terrorist Ziad Jarrah, who was piloting the Boeing 757, immediately began to roll the airplane to the left and right to knock the passengers off balance. But the assault continued so the terrorist pilot began to pitch the nose of the airplane up and down to disrupt the assault being carried out by the brave passengers.
When the terrorist pilot and the others with him saw that the passengers were about to enter the cockpit, Jarrah decided to crash the aircraft into an empty field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania while flying at a speed of 580 mph. The Islamic terrorist yelled several times “Allah Akbar!” (Allah the greatest!) and crashed the plane at 10:03 in the morning.
This airplane was only 20 minutes away from Washington, D.C. The brave unarmed passengers saved many lives.
The United States should have prevented the 9/11 attacks
The 800-page 9/11 Report was published in 2002 but 28 pages were classified by U.S. presidents. Some parts of these pages have been released with redactions.
The 9/11 report, which is officially called Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001, was prepared by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
It was published in 2002. The report indicated four kinds of failures on the part of the United States government. There were failures in imagination, policy, capabilities, and management.
Saudi Arabia and Iran attacked the United States on 9/11
It is shameful that U.S. presidents have engaged in a massive cover-up on the worst terrorist attack on America in history. It is about time to reveal that Saudi Arabia, our supposed ally, and Iran, an existential threat to our security participated in an act of war upon the United States.
Fahad al-Thumairy had been a Saudi consular official based in Los Angeles and the imam of the Culver City mosque visited by two of the hijackers. The mystery begins with the arrival at Los Angeles International Airport on January 15, 2000, of two Saudi men who more than year and a half later would be among the hijackers who crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon.
Fahad al-Thumairy, a Saudi consular official, was the radical imam of the King Fahad mosque in Culver City located in the Los Angeles County. Two of the 9/11 jihadists, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, prayed at this mosque.
Nawaf al-Hazmi was a Saudi citizen and one of five hijackers of American Airlines Flight 77 which was flown into the Pentagon as part of the September 11, 2011 attacks. He arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport on January 15, 2000.

The men, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, would have to survive, and plot for months, in the United States. Neither spoke English or had experience navigating American life. The terrorists worshiped at the King Fahad Mosque in the Culver City area, where al-Thumairy was the imam, and they may have stayed in a nearby apartment rented by the mosque.

Mazzetti and Shane explained that an FBI document from 2012 said that al-Thumairy “immediately assigned an individual to take care of al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar during their time in the Los Angeles area.” When the two hijackers reappeared in early February, they were eating at a restaurant near the mosque. There, they met with Omar al-Bayoumi, a fellow Saudi who was on the Saudi government payroll. At the time, al-Thumairy was part of a network of representatives of the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, which finances mosque-building, trains imams and proselytizes the conservative and intolerant strain of Islam known as Wahhabism.
Mazzetti and Shane pointed out that Lambert, the former FBI official in San Diego, said he was skeptical that the assistance was given by chance. With the 9/11 plot riding on the hijackers’ ability to manage daily life, he said, al-Qaeda leaders would most likely have made arrangements to get them help. “I have to believe something was planned for the care and nurturing of these guys after they arrived,” he said. “They weren’t too sophisticated, and they didn’t speak English. They needed help getting settled and making preparations.”
Imam al-Thumairy’s visa was quietly revoked in 2003 because U.S. officials believed he was a “radical imam,” documents show. When he tried to return to Los Angeles from a trip home, he was detained for two days and sent back to Saudi Arabia.
