In 2018 pro-Chinese Communist Tram Nguyen was elected State Representative in Massachusetts.
Tram Nguyen is a State Representative who serves the 18th Essex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. She represents the towns of Andover, Boxford, North Andover, and Tewksbury.
Nguyen was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States as a political refugee when she was 5 years old. She was raised in the Merrimack Valley and resided in Andover. Nguyen is co-executive director of the New Virginia Majority (NVM) which is a front for the communist organization Liberation Road. She claimed credit for flipping Virginia to a Democratic Party run state.
On November 13, 2019, Trevor Loudon wrote an article for The Epoch Times titled “NVM is a front for the Liberation Road.” On November 22, 2019, C. Mitchell Shaw wrote an article titled “Trevor Loudon: Pro-Chinese Communists Illegally Helped Flip Virginia to Democrat Control” which was published by the New American magazine. C. Mitchell Shaw quoted extensively from the article by Loudon and explained the following:
“Virginia, known — among other nicknames — as the birthplace of a nation, has a long history steeped in the pursuit of liberty. Now, with the results of recent elections, Virginia is in the hands of Democrats for the first time since 1993. In fact, Democrats now control both houses of the state legislature, the majority of Virginia’s seats in the U.S. Congress, and both seats in the U.S. Senate. This switch from Red to Blue is the result of years of work on the part of pro-Chinese communists and well-connected fellow travelers. In fact, the co-executive director of a group with pro-Chinese Communist connections openly claimed credit for flipping Virginia, stating that the plan for socializing Virginia was put in motion years ago.” That co-executive director is Tram Nguyen and her organization is New Virginia Majority (NVM). Nguyen’s boast took the form of a November 6 op-ed piece for the New York Times.”
Shaw said that Nguyen has written that her organization has spent the past 12 years to “reach voters of all colors, women, low-income workers and young people where they are, which has made it possible for us to develop a robust base of support along Virginia’s so-called Urban Crescent, from Northern Virginia to Hampton Roads.” Nguyen added that “Long before Election Day, we registered more than 300,000 voters, knocked on more than 2.5 million doors, and organized within communities of color to help win significant policy changes like Medicaid expansion, which covered nearly 400,000 people.”
Shaw pointed out that NVM targeted minority neighborhoods with the promise of more money and more free benefits. The result was what the New Virginia Majority (NVM) communist organization and its co-director Nguyen wanted. These low-income minority and low-information voters and young voters turned out in great numbers and made Virginia a Democratic Party state.
Alexander Fraser Tytler
Shaw explained that Alexander Fraser Tytler, who was born on October 15, 1747 and died on January 5, 1813, was a Scottish advocate, judge, writer, and historian. Tytler served as Professor of Universal History and Greek and Roman Antiquities at the University of Edinburgh. Based on his studies of the histories of democracies, Professor Tytler wrote the following:
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.”
America is in great danger of collapsing economically if any of the communist and socialist Democratic Party presidential candidates wins the White House in 2020. All of them are promising to spend trillions on terrible programs such as the Green New Deal, free college tuition, slavery and illegal aliens reparations, eliminating student college debts, and Medicare for All that would bankrupt the nation, if implemented. Sadly many Americans are deluded by these so called “free things.”
Shaw stated the following: “Staying close to its Chinese communist roots, NVM is setting America up for jumping out of the frying pan of democracy and into the fire of a tyrannical dictatorship. Nguyen plainly states that her objective in writing about NVM’s successful strategy in Virginia is to make the case that this type of year-round organizing can pave the way for victory nationally.”
The Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) was formed in 1985.
During the 1970s many of the Maoist-oriented communist groups were formed in the United States. The Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) communist organization is now called the Liberation Road.
Trevor Loudon said in a recent article that the NVM’s communist organization includes Maoist elements. Loudon stated: “The NVM is a front for Liberation Road, known until April this year as Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), the United States’ most influential Maoist organization.”
The communist organization LeftRoots is associated with the communist organization Freedom Road Socialist Organization. It was founded in 2014 with the first local branch in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Loudon named the leaders of the NVM as follows:
“Radical Jon Liss of Alexandria, Virginia is the leader of the NVM who has worked a longtime with FRSO/Liberation Road. Several FRSO cadres have served in NVM over the years, as have many activists from two NVM satellite groups, LeftRoots and the Virginia Student Power Network.”
“Fred Engst is a long time FRSO supporter. Born to U.S. communist parents and raised in China, Engst was educated in the United States, where he became immersed in Maoist politics. He returned to China in 2007 and is now teaching at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.”
“Alex Tom is a leader of LeftRoots and the pro-Beijing San Francisco-based Chinese Progressive Association. In 2012 he formed the China Education and Exposure Program to build a deeper analysis of China for U.S. progressives and leftists and to build relationships with the grassroots movement in China,” according to his 2013 LeftForum speaker’s biography. ”
“John Marienthal is a San Jose-based FRSO member, who has been a leader of the pro-Beijing U.S.–China Peoples Friendship Association for more than 40 years and has taught in several Chinese educational establishments since the 1980s.”
McClure appears in this picture with some of his students at Wuhan University.
McClure, while teaching at Wuhan University in China, used the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to identify low-income minority voters to assist the communist organizations FRSO and NVM to flip Virginia to a Democratic Party state. Trevor Loudon wrote the following: “Steve McClure is a former Washington resident who, in the 1970s, was active in the pro-Mao Revolutionary Student Brigade. He has close ties to FRSO and NVM. Since 2010, he has worked with the Geography Department of Wuhan University in China, and he is a research associate with the State Key Laboratory of Engineering Information in Surveying, Mapping, and Remote Sensing at the university. McClure has used his skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to supply highly targeted voter identification information to NVM.”
Key.wiki reported that McClure wrote the following: “I have been recently working with the Virginia New Majority to make a series of maps to inform planning for precinct walks in Virginia State house districts. It is collaborative, involving emails, exchanges of data back and forth, and Skype calls.”
According to the Mason Gazette: “As far back as 2005, McClure was using GIS technology to identify low-income voters for Liss’s Tenant Workers Support Committee. McClure “plotted lower-income, high-rental housing areas to get a picture of where there was affordable housing in Northern Virginia.” This information probably proved very useful when Liss established NVM later.
McClure wrote in his blog the following: “In the general elections of 2008 Virginia voted democratic for the first time since 1964 with Obama carrying the state. Demographic shifts and increased voter participation rather than a shift in political allegiances account for this outcome. This demographic shift was an artifact of the dynamics of capital accumulation, uneven development and class struggle in a period of neoliberalization, prefiguring zoning and land use patterns.”
“Focusing on Prince William County, Virginia, I applied spatial interpolation techniques in a GIS to translate the 2008 election returns from the geography of precincts to year 2000 zoning classification areas for further quantitative analysis. The goal was to produce actionable intelligence for working class organizations building popular power at the base. The results suggest that the economic logic of the micro-politics of land use and zoning prefigure political change at larger scales of aggregation.”
Thus the blog of McClure showed that he worked with NVM from his position in China “to make a series of maps to inform planning for precinct walks in Virginia State house districts.” Those are the maps NVM used to choose the neighborhoods where they knocked on more than 2.5 million doors and registered nearly 300,000 voters with promises of bigger and better government handouts.
The NVM communist organization worked with former Democratic Governor of Virginia Terry McAuliffe. Governor McAuliffe put nearly 173,000 convicted felons back on the voting rolls.
Terry McAuliffe was born on February 9, 1957.
McAuliffe served as Governor of Virginia from 2014 to 2018. He was chair of the Democratic National Committee from 2001 to 2005. Previously, McAuliffe was co-chair of President Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign and was chair of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.
Nguyen wrote the following:
“The former governor, Terry McAuliffe, restored the voting rights of more than 173,000 Virginians during his term, more than any other governor in Virginia’s history. In 2016, of the nearly 20,000 men and women who registered to vote for the first time as a result of the restoration of their rights, a whopping 79% voted. They were a key voting bloc in Virginia, the only Southern state that Hillary Clinton won.”
How many more of those convicted felons were registered to vote as a result of NVM’s efforts since 2016 is not known. But it is a safe bet that they were a key voting bloc in flipping Virginia to the Democrats. As Loudon pointed out in his article, “NVM worked closely with McAuliffe to win ex-felon voting rights. The organization actually gave the governor an award at its annual dinner for his sterling work.”
Loudon said that with some communists and socialists “working inside the party, running as Democrats, and others working outside the party, like Nguyen, putting pressure on the Democrats and helping them,” they are succeeding in moving Democrats further and further left. Nguyen has being elected as a Democratic Party State Representative in Massachusetts so she is now working with the increasingly socialist Democratic Party.
Loudon told The New American, “Liberation Road called the South the New Confederacy. To destroy ‘white’ capitalism, you’ve got to destroy the Republican Party, conservative, Christian base in the South — which is why they’ve targeted Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Florida, and Kentucky. And they’ve just won one in Kentucky, the governor’s race there.”
Andy Beshear was born on November 29, 1977.
Beshear is serving as Governor of Kentucky since December 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served one term as attorney general of Kentucky.
Democratic Party Governor of Kentucky Andy Beshear has signed an executive order giving more than 100,000 former felons in Kentucky the right to vote. He knows that these 104,000 former felons will not be voting for the Republican Party which is the party of law and order. Loudon points out that a favorite tactic of these groups is the “Marxist idea” of “energizing the black vote” to “overthrow white oppression” and “white capitalism.”
The implications of Amendment Four to the Constitution of Florida
With the unfortunate passing of Amendment Four to the Constitution of Florida now former felons will be eligible to vote. George Soros and many Democrats invested tens of thousands to have this amendment passed in 2018. There are over 1.4 million former felons including 800,000 African Americans.
The Legislature of Florida passed a law stating that former felons would be able to vote if they had paid all their fines, which many of them had not. U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle ruled the law unconstitutional.
On February 19, 2020, Lawrence Mower wrote an article titled “Federal Appeals Court Upholds Ruling that Limiting Amendment 4 is Unconstitutional” that was published by the Miami Herald. The reporter explained that three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta ruled on February 19, 2020 that “it was unconstitutional to force Florida felons to first pay off their financial obligations before registering to vote, siding against state Republican lawmakers who imposed the restriction last year.” The ruling applies only to the 17 felons who sued the state, claiming they were too poor to pay back all fines, fees and restitution to victims before voting.
Mower wrote that despite the narrowness of the ruling, it was a victory for supporters of Amendment Four. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who opposed Amendment 4, signed a bill into law in 2019 defining “all terms” to include all financial obligations. The Florida Supreme Court recently agreed with that definition. However, the three judges ruled that the requirement violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Mower wrote that the “judges Lanier Anderson, Stanley Marcus and Barbara Rothstein said that it was undeniable that the requirement punished poor felons, while wealthier felons wouldn’t be similarly denied the opportunity to vote because they can afford to pay their obligations.” Helen Aguirre Ferré, the spokeswoman of Governor DeSantis, wrote on Twitter that “the governor disagreed with the decision and would appeal it to all of the judges on 11th Circuit Appellate Court.” This case may be ultimately decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Governor DeSantis had appealed the federal judge Hinkle’s decision, saying that allowing the former felons to vote without first forcing them to pay their financial obligations would do “irreparable harm” to the state. The lawyers representing the Governor argued that the nearly two-thirds of Florida voters who approved Amendment 4 did not re-enfranchise felons — they re-enfranchised felons who have “paid their debt to society.”
Socialist Democrats and their allies are counting on the former felons to flip Florida to a Democratic state and defeat the re-election of President Donald Trump in 2020. They have the example of Virginia where former prisoners were given the right to vote the state flipped Democratic. The communist Bernie Sanders wants the criminals in jail to vote thinking that they hate law abiding Republicans and they would vote for him. George Soros and Democrats are spending millions to register minority and former felons to vote in Florida in 2020.
Communist organizations with the help of China want to destroy the Republican Party
Shaw stated the following: “It is clear that Liberty Road, NVM, and other communists and pro-communist groups are applying the principle of creating an informed and active electorate — only in reverse. By registering those people who desire a cradle-to-grave nanny state to vote and making sure they show up to vote for largesse, they almost guarantee a transition of the United States from a republic to a democracy to a communist dictatorship. By fomenting the false idea of racist white America, they make their task easier, since disgruntled people who’ve been led to believe that all of their woes are the fault of white capitalists are far more likely to vote for the Left.”
Loudon wrote that the NVM and the Liberation Road have a “strategy of destroying the Republican Party base in the South by using minority voting to flip county by county, state by state to the Democrats.” He said that North Carolina is a prime target.
Shaw was surprised about the conspiracy of silence of the media. He wrote the following: “It is becoming apparent that the liberal media are complicit in the communists plan to take over America. After all given their vast resources and operating budgets, why did they not uncover this?” Sadly, other supposedly conservative newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post as well as FoxNews Channel, have never exposed this vast communist conspiracy to take over America. None of them have mentioned how these communists with the help of China are working hard to have influence over our elections.
C. Mitchell Shaw wrote another article titled “Communists Winning Elections” which was published by The New American on February 17, 2020. Shaw stated that “Despite the disasters that communism has wreaked on countries around the world, communists are getting elected in this country by promising free stuff.”
Shaw pointed out that “pro-Chinese communists working within and without the Democratic Party have been successfully implementing a plan to flip one state after another toward the left.” He added, the “goal is to use Democratic control as a transitional stage towards communist control.”
Loudon wrote the following: “North Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee are next in the list. If communists can flip toss-up states Florida and North Carolina in 2020, President Donald Trump will likely be a one-term president and the Republican Party will be finished as a national force.”
Loudon told The New American the following: “We have to make the case for freedom; we have to go out and intelligently engage people and try and get them to get more understanding of the country’s history and the benefits of freedom and the consequences of losing it. It’s an intelligent debate we have to have and we have to have it.”
“But, they go out and tell people, ‘You vote our way and we’ll give you more benefits.’ One’s a lot easier to sell — one takes a lot less work. So, patriots have their work cut out for them. Organized, well-thought-out action — such as that provided by this magazine’s parent organization, The John Birch Society, is what is needed if the Republic is to survive. Loudon also believes that legal action is needed and is warranted. I think there’s a case that we’ve got to stop them doing what they’re doing by investigating for foreign connections. Because I believe they are working in the interest of foreign powers. I believe firmly that what they are doing is illegal.”
China and Saudi Arabia are corrupting our universities with millions to buy influence
China is spending millions to buy influence and steal inventions from universities in the United States.
On February 13, 2020, the American Military News website published an article titled “Harvard, Yale under investigation for $375 million secret funding from China and Saudi Arabia.” It explained that the Department of Education announced that it is starting an investigation into Harvard and Yale for their failure to disclose about $375 million in gifts and contracts from China and Saudi Arabia in the past four years. The Wall Street Journal reported that American universities have failed to report $6.5 billion from foreign nations since 1990.
The article in American Military News said that Harvard sponsored a 30 year-old Chinese national who had attempted to steal research. The Chinese Zaosong Zheng was recently arrested at Boston Logan International Airport allegedly with stolen 21 vials of cancer research material he was attempting to smuggle to China. Prosecutors alleged he attempted to steal the material to bring to China so he could conduct his own research in his laboratory.
Charles Lieber is the chairman of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard.
Lieber was arrested on January 28, 2020 on charges of making false statements to the Department of Defense and to Harvard investigators regarding his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Program. This program was created by the Chinese government to pay foreign scientists for access to their research.
In addition, his house was raided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling stated that “This is a small sample of China’s ongoing campaign to siphon off American technology and know-how for Chinese gain. Chinese economic espionage and theft is a real and daily occurrence that we must begin to confront.”
China has been stealing our military and industrial secrets for many years as well as sending many spies to America and the West. Our multinational corporations have been extremely negligent in sharing our technology and inventions with China.
Conclusion
It is extremely alarming how various communist organizations with the help of China are registering tens of thousands low-information and ex-felons to vote. These communists were very successful in Virginia and are now targeting other Southern states. Many Americans are not aware as to how communists have infiltrated Congress, the Democratic Party, labor unions, colleges and universities, Hollywood, and the mainstream corrupt media in an effort to destroy our beloved nation.
Conservatives and Republicans patriots, as Trevor Loudon has pointed out, have their work cut out for them. We need to work very hard, especially in Florida with its 29 electoral votes, to win the White House for President Donald J. Trump, keep the Senate, and take over the House of Representatives. Otherwise, we will lose our Republic and our nation!
