Dominion, Smartmatic, and SCYTL were selected by Krebs as part of his Council of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security of the DHS

Christopher Krebs, the first Director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), was fired by President Donald J. Trump on November 17, 2020.

Krebs was originally sworn in on June 15, 2018 as the Under Secretary for the predecessor of CISA, the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD). Prior to serving as CISA Director, Krebs was appointed in August 2017 as the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection.

Krebs joined the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in March 2017, first serving as Senior Counselor to the Secretary of DHS. In that position, he advised DHS cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and national resilience issues. Prior to coming to DHS, he was a member of Microsoft’s U.S. Government Affairs team as the Director for Cybersecurity Policy, where he led Microsoft’s U.S. policy work on cybersecurity and technology issues.

As Director of CISA, Krebs had to defend election networks from cyberattacks and election fraud by electronic voting machines. CISA and Krebs had to assist 8,000 election systems nationwide to secure the 2020 vote. Krebs failed miserably to protect the nation from the massive election fraud conducted by Dominion Voting Systems, which uses the Venezuelan software Smartmatic that was employed in 30 states and Puerto Rico.

Incredible, Krebs had Dominion, Smartmatic, and Scytl, the Barcelona company that counted ballots in many U.S. states and counties in his Council of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security of the DHS. Moreover, he failed to protect the nation from deployment by the CIA of its supercomputers THE HAMMER and its application SCORECARD to steal 3% of Trump votes and give them to Biden in the battleground states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona. This was denounced by U.S. Air Force (Ret.) Lt. General Thomas McInerney, author Mary Fanning, whistleblower and inventor of THE HAMMER Dennis Montgomery, and former White House National Security Council official in the Trump administration Rich Higgins. Krebs lied shamefully to the nation when he said that the 2020 elections were “the most secure in American history.” Krebs committed treason, dereliction of duty, and gross negligence!

On November 17, 2020, Anna Giaritelli wrote an article titled “Trump Fires U.S. Cyber Official Who Refused to Back Election Claims of Fraud” that was published by the Washington Examiner. Giaritelli reported that on November 17, 2020 President Trump wrote two tweets (again disputed by Twitter) that “The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud – including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, ‘glitches’ in the voting machines which changed … votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more. Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.”

Anna Giaritelli pointed out that since Election Day, the Trump campaign has filed lawsuits in multiple states for many election irregularities that the President has described as a Democratic Party effort to “steal” the election. However, in the days following the election, CISA had a “Rumor Control” page that denounced “disinformation” that included White House messaging. Krebs has been outspoken on Twitter, stating again and again that the elections were honest and not asking to believe the “baseless claims about voting machines, even if they’re made by the President.”

Giaritelli explained that a Trump administration official, who spoke anonymously, said that “Krebs is deeply aligned with the band of former DHS officials who have been outed as Never Trumpers, including General Kelly, Kirstjen Nielsen, Elizabeth Neumann, Miles Taylor, Brian Ware, and other attention-seekers who waged a silent coup during the better half of the president’s first term.” He added, “The time it’s taken to rid the department of such individuals shows the extent to which the president was poorly served by those who entrusted these people with such influential positions.” DHS Secretary Chad Wolf has not commented on the election on his Twitter account since it took place.

Reuters reported that Bryan Ware, assistant director for cybersecurity at CISA, resigned on November 12, 2020. Ware did not give any information, but a U.S. official said the White House asked for Ware’s resignation earlier this week. On November 17, 2020, Krebs’s second in command, Matt Travis also resigned.

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency CISA

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) was established on November 16, 2018 when President Donald J. Trump signed into law the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Act of 2018. CISA is a standalone agency under DHS oversight. It has a budget of $3.16 billion and employs 3, 374 in 2020.

On November 17, 2020, Jeff Carson wrote an article titled “Dominion Part of the Council that Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statements” that was published by The Epoch Times. Carson explained that after questioning the integrity of Dominion Voting Systems voting machines, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)—part of the DHS—issued a statement on November 12, 2020 disputing the allegations and saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” However, what CISA failed to disclose is that Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council, one of two entities that authored the statement issued by CISA.

The website of CISA lists the members of Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council as follows:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Arrikan, Inc./Chaves Consulting, Inc.
  • Associated Press (AP) Elections
  • BPro, Inc.
  • Clear Ballot Group
  • Crosscheck
  • DemTech Voting Solutions
  • Democracy Live
  • Democracy Works
  • DMF Associates
  • Dominion Voting Systems
  • Election Systems & Software (ES&S)
  • Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC)
  • Freeman, Craft, McGregor Group
  • Hart InterCivic
  • KNOWInk
  • Microsoft
  • Microvote General Corp.
  • NTS Data Services
  • PCC Technology Inc.
  • Pro V&V
  • Runbeck Election Services
  • SCYTL
  • SLI Compliance
  • Smartmatic
  • Tenex Software Solutions
  • The Canton Group
  • Unisyn Voting Solutions
  • Voatz
  • VOTEC
  • Votem
  • Voting Works
  • VR Systems

It is incredible that in addition to Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic and SCYTL are also members of the Coordinating Council. In addition, Hart InterCivic electronic machines were used in many states with questionable lack of security, the anti-Trump Associated Press, and Big Tech companies Amazon and Microsoft.

Jeff Carson said that CISA did not immediately respond to “a request for comment on whether Dominion and Smartmatic had input or were otherwise involved in CISA’s November 12 statement.”

Carson wrote the following: “The joint statement on the integrity of the Nov. 3 election was issued by the Executive Committee of the Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council (GCC), an Executive Committee representing a coalition of certain state & local government officials and government agencies, and the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC), a  coalition primarily composed of voting system manufacturers that also includes Democracy Works, an organization which promotes the use of technology to increase voter participation. The statement claims, “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised. “While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too,” says the statement.”

President Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell have denounced Dominion Voting Systems with the Smartmatic software from Communist Venezuela saying that this voting system has shifted millions of votes from Trump to Biden.

Dominion Uses CISA to Deny Allegations

Jeff Carson explained that on November 12, 2020, The Epoch Times published an article  detailing a number of concerns raised about the integrity of Dominion Voting Systems in a sworn August 24, 2020 declaration from Harri Hursti, a poll watcher and recognized expert on electronic voting security from Georgia. Hursti’s observations were made during the June 9 statewide primary election in Georgia and the runoff elections on August 11, 2020, and centered primarily, although not exclusively, around the Dominion systems and equipment.

Hursti summarized his findings as follows:

  1. “The scanner and tabulation software settings being employed to determine which votes to count on hand marked paper ballots are likely causing clearly intentioned votes not to be counted”
  2. “The voting system is being operated in Fulton County in a manner that escalates the security risk to an extreme level.”
  3. “Voters are not reviewing their BMD [Ballot Marking Devices] printed ballots, which causes BMD generated results to be un-auditable due to the untrustworthy audit trail.”

Concerns Raised in Georgia Lawsuit

Carson wrote that it remains unclear whether CISA and the GCC/SCC have evaluated concerns raised in the Georgia lawsuit. Their public statements categorically deny any problems with the systems. Carson concluded his article by stating the following:

“In an October 11 order  just weeks prior to the presidential elections, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg agreed with the concerns associated with the new Dominion voting system, writing that the case presented “serious system security vulnerability and operational issues that may place Plaintiffs and other voters at risk of deprivation of their fundamental right to cast an effective vote that is accurately counted. Despite the court’s misgivings, Totenberg ruled against replacing the Dominion system right before the presidential election, noting that “Implementation of such a sudden systemic change under these circumstances cannot but cause voter confusion and some real measure of electoral disruption. Given the recent timing of Judge Totenberg’s order, it does not appear that any of these issues were addressed by Dominion, CISC, or any of its affiliated organizations or Councils, despite their later statements claiming there were no such issues.”

Smartmatic founded in Venezuela has always stolen elections to keep the communists in power

Communist Antonio Mugica was one of the founders of Smartmatic in Venezuela.

Communist Antonio Mugica was one of the founders of Smartmatic in Venezuela. He said that in August 2017 Smartmatic manipulated at least one million votes in the elections in Venezuela.

On August 2, 2017, Reuters reported that during Venezuela’s Constitutional Assembly election at least one million votes were manipulated. “We know, without any doubt, that the turnout of the recent election for a National Constituent Assembly was manipulated,” Smartmatic CEO Antonio Mugica said at a news briefing in London.

Mugica said Smartmatic, which has provided electronic voting technology for elections around the world, was able to detect the overstated officially announced turnout because of Venezuela’s automated election system. “We estimate the difference between the actual participation and the one announced by authorities is at least one million votes,” he said.

Conclusion

President Trump acted wisely when firing Christopher Krebs, the first Director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and Krebs’s second in command, Matt Travis. A third official, Bryan Ware, Assistant Director for Cybersecurity, resigned.

The President needs to tell the nation what the CIA did and fire its Director, Gina Haspel, as recommended by his lawyer Sidney Powell. The President needs also to tell the nation what Dominion Voting Systems did and its ties to the Communist Democratic Party. Then the President’s lawyers need to take his case to the Supreme Court. Failure to do that may eliminate his chances to return to the White House for a second term.

Lastly, the President also needs to fire FBI Director Christopher Wray for covering up the stolen election and the crimes of Joe Biden and his family. And his lack of cooperation with Congressional oversight committees.
