Previously we mentioned that the Jewish People must be aware of the danger facing them through the combined evil powers of the descendants of Yishmael and Esau. For the most part, the Jewish Shabbos day was the holy separation needed to keep these forces from uniting.
Shabbos always separated the Muslim (Yishmael) day of rest, Friday, from the Christian (Esau) day of rest, Sunday. But as the countdown to the end of days continues, we must notice how
these forces of destructive power are drawing closer together. The war of Gog and Magog is no longer a distant thought. You can feel and sense the approaching storm clouds as the world
darkens.
By looking into the structure of the Hebrew letters composing the words Gog and Magog we can discover the identity of the key players in this upcoming global conflict. We must bear in mind however, that the letter vav can be spelled 2 different ways. One way is vav yud vav which has a value of 22. And the other way is to spell it vav aleph vav for a value of 13. Both of these spellings are vital in identifying the key players of Gog and Magog (Ezekiel 38-39) as follows:
