The totalitarian powers in the Islamic and communist world continue to pose a mortal threat to the survival of the United States. Moscow and Beijing continue their half-century long effort to modernize their weapons system, expand their network of active duty troops, and to pursue a general program of total rearmament. Their alliances with the forces of Islamic fundamentalism, Arab Socialism, Marxism, and even neo-fascism continue to be strengthened. Russia and Red China are nurturing a constellation of powers dedicated to the destruction and occupation of the United States. Chinese and Russian invasion and occupation plans remain active against the continental United States. Russian bombers traverse the coasts of the United States. Some continue to attempt to invade American airspace. Our immigration and visa policies provided access to American territory by terrorists and sleeper agent cells associated with adversarial powers and terrorist movements. Chinese Naval vessels harass and commit aggressive actions against American ships.

In 1949, defecting Polish Military Attaché in their Washington DC embassy General Izydor Rudolf Modelski testified that Soviet directed agents were expected to break up the United States into a series of nations based on racial-ethnic groups. Separate nations of African Americans, Germans, etc. would be carved out of a communized United States. Modelski was informed of this plan by alleged master spy Colonel Gustaw Alef-Bokolwiak. Colonel Alef was quoted as stating: “It is a fairly easy job to undermine United States production. There will be a revolution. They expect to break up the United States into small groups.” Modelski also told of the Soviet effort to utilize strikes and riots to cripple military and heavy industrial production in the United States by utilizing saboteurs in the labor union movement. The Soviets believed that they had the unions “well prepared” to assist in a revolution in the United States. Modelski also reported that they Soviets had at their disposal four hundred communist organizations in the United States to assist in sabotage and conquest. New York Times May 11, 1949
In 1955, the American public and Congress heard testimony from Colonel Jan Bukar, who served in the Soviet-controlled Czech Army. Bukar stated that while he was being trained in military academies in Moscow, officers from the satellites and Red Army were being taught lessons on American geography in special courses. One of the texts used in these courses allegedly was a book on the United States written in Moscow in 1947. Soviet General Banin and Lt. Col. Studensky taught at this special school that American territory itself would become the battleground in a future world war between the communist countries and the Free World. According to war planning maps brought over by Bukar, Alaska was to be annexed back into Russia. A Soviet Foreign Ministry official named Sverdlov informed Bukar and his associates enrolled at the special military school that “Alaska belongs to the Soviet Union, and the day will come that we shall infiltrate Alaska, and that Alaska shall again belong to us.” House Committee on Un-American Activities. Sergei Zamascikov, research associate at the Center for International and Strategic Affairs at UCLA and a former Soviet Army political officer and Komsomol official, revealed that the Soviets planned to invade Alaska by crossing the Bering Strait with 50,000 troops. Los Angeles Times Feb 15, 1987
Professor John Lewis Gaddis noted that “Stalin had a contingency plan to attack Alaska in 1951-52…He had major military preparations going. How such an attack would have profited Stalin remains unclear…There are several different interpretations. “Portions of the Soviet plans for seizing control of the United States following a nuclear strike were described by the head of this Administration for Special Propaganda to Sejna in 1967 just prior to Sejna’s defection. The description provides an interesting insight into the possible nature of Soviet plans and, in a certain regard, their efforts to clothe mechanisms in indigenous or nationalistic trappings. In 1967 the Soviets believed that, in addition to strikes against nuclear and critical military targets, roughly 110 nuclear strikes would be adequate to cripple the United States. A ‘Central Committee for Salvation and Restoration’ and counterpart Salvation and Restoration committees in newly established regions would be set up. The first action would be to seize radio and television networks and announce changes in national and state governments, that is, to the new Salvation and Restoration committees. A third party would be created out of the CPUSA, left-wing Senators, and prominent figures from finance, industry, and science. Recruitment here is directed toward those people who are regarded as naive and those whom the Soviets refer to as ‘chicken opportunists.’ Middle class radicals, blacks, and Hispanics would be recruited and organized into a national militia. ‘Salvation courts’ would be established and their immediate task would be to execute members of right-wing groups. There would be heavy reliance on outside ‘advisors’ provided by Soviet surrogates and agents, and the new government would be pushed to negotiate a peace treaty. In the attack, Europe would not be destroyed. Rather, Moscow would launch a propaganda campaign to tell the Europeans that the Soviets had saved their lives. The United States would be blamed for starting the war and an international committee for the neutrality of the United States would be formed. Former Polish Ambassador Zdzislaw Rurarz had a conversation with a Soviet official before he defected in 1981 about the usage of Mexico in a war against the United States. Rurarz recalled: “The official said the Germans had been premature in their efforts to manipulate the Mexicans to cause trouble for the U.S. in World War I. But with Mexico’s big population increase, he thought the time would soon be ripe to try that ploy again. The Germans promised to help Mexico recover Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.
