A man attacked passengers on a regional train near WĆ¼rzburg, in southern Germany, on Monday evening, leaving several people fighting for their lives.
The man attacked passengers with a knife and some form of club, local police report.
Twenty-one people were left injured in the incident, with three now in a critical condition, according to Spiegel and Bild.
