Recent revealed emails within that broad criminal conspiracy known as leftism show just how utterly dependent those sock puppets like Obama and Hillary are upon the nefarious intertwined collusion of the leftist media, the agencies of the Executive Branch, the Clinton campaign, and the DNC. The depth of this criminal conspiracy, as these latest emails show, is stunning.
Consider the network news programs that gave Hillary the questions days before she was asked in a presumably spontaneous interview. Giant corporations are not supposed to give free campaign resources to candidates. That violates federal election laws unless the economic value of these actions are reported as corporate contributions to the Clinton campaign, which, of course, these are not.
The leftist trust of media corporations does not even try much to hide its combination in restraint of trade. During the debates, the number of interruptions of Trump and of Clinton are not even close, and the softball questions to Clinton (probably prepped, as we have found out in Hillary’s interviews) make for a vast contribution to the Clinton campaign which is completely unreported and, because the gatekeepers are also the malfeasants, completely ignored.
But it gets worse. Giant media corporations, unlike most other giant corporations, operate only by virtue of FCC licenses, which impose an additional duty to act “in the public interest,” which means colluding to hide news from Americans, which is what notional “competitors” like CNN and CBS and ABC and MSNBC are doing. All this violates not federal antitrust laws, but also the conditions of their licenses, which are, themselves, a type of monopoly.
When large corporations operating in the same section of the economy act in concert to deprive consumers of what they would have gotten in a truly competitive marketplace, corporate officers and directors go to prison. Typically, the evidence required for convictions in these sorts of cases is little more than a “pattern of behavior.”
When these corporations are entrusted with a duty beyond mere competition and these corporations violate that duty as well, the violation of the public trust and the abuse of the public interest, the condition of the FCC license, is obvious and repulsive.
The agencies of the Executive Branch, especially the Department of Justice, are supposed to be impartial and to enforce the laws of the nation without preference or partisan design. Instead, they conspire with the Clinton campaign to obstruct laws the left once demanded, like the Freedom of Information Act, and time the release of documents to hit the Friday holiday news cycle – which is to say to suppress the information.
The Democrat National Committee, which was supposed to be unbiased in the nomination process, blatantly fixed the process so that Bernie Sanders would not be able to win the nomination and so that Hillary would be the nominee no matter what happened. This also violates federal election laws, but no one seems to care.
The nefarious “Clinton Foundation” turns out to be nothing more than a grotesque scam using high public offices and murky machinations to enrich public “servants” through influence-peddling and shakedowns that make the Mafia look like petty crooks. It is clearly “pay to play” on steroids and so unsavory that it is not even considered a real philanthropy by those organizations that grade the transparency and reasonableness of nonprofit finances and expenditures.
This “foundation,” which is a nonprofit organization that seems to serve no real purpose beyond laundering extorted money from foreign powers to the Clintons and their cronies, deserves much more scrutiny than Lois Lerner gave Tea Party organizations, but of course no one expects leftist insiders to be treated the same way as conservatives exercising their right to protest the government.
Emails that had classified information, that were the property of the federal government whose value was not for the Clintons, but for the people, were not just deleted, but “bleached,” and cell phones were smashed with hammers and computers were destroyed by, of all people, FBI agents obviously working on the wrong side of the law.
The putrescence of the leftist establishment that rules Washington is stifling, and the cure must be drastic. Donald Trump may not win, but he does seem now to fully grasp just how corrupt the media is in Washington and how prostituted federal agencies have become. The Augean Stables must be cleaned, and that process requires dramatic and serious action.
