New DISTURBING details emerge about Muslim officer who shot unarmed woman

The unspeakable, cold-blooded murder that occurred in Minneapolis this week by a Somali immigrant police officer of an unarmed Australian woman has put focus back on the policies and procedures in place to vet our most trusted public servants.

As the investigation unravels, leaving more questions than answers, the circumstances surrounding the murder continue to get more and more bizarre. The latest mystery in the search of a motive or intent behind Officer Mohammed Noor’s sudden and seemingly unjustified slaughter of Justine Damond is the body cam on Officer Noor’s person. For reasons that are not yet disclosed, the body camera was turned off.Even more alarming, Officer Noor had a serious rap sheet that would put any reasonable police department on edge.

From Biz Pac Review:Mohamed Noor — the Muslim police officer who shot and killed Justine Damond after she called 911 to report a rape — had three complaints and a federal lawsuit against him. Why was he allowed to work despite all this?

New questions are arising about the bizarre circumstances that led Noor to shoot Damond, 40, just moments after she called the Minneapolis Police to report a possible rape near her home.

Damond was reportedly speaking to Noor’s partner — who was sitting on the driver’s side of their squad car — when Noor (who was on the passenger side) abruptly shot her dead. Justin, who was in her pajamas, did not have a weapon.

There’s no dashcam video of the incident, nor is there police body camera footage to explain what caused Noor to freak out and open fire on an unarmed woman with no apparent provocation. Both Noor and his partner had their body cameras off, in violation of department policy. They are now on paid administrative leave pending an investigation.

Here is what we know about Mohamed Noor:

> Noor is a Muslim immigrant from Somalia who joined the Minneapolis Police in March 2015.
> He is the first Somali officer to work in the 5th Precinct.
> In his two-year tenure, Noor has had three complaints filed against him.
> One is a federal lawsuit filed by a woman who called 911 in May 2017 to report a crime (just like Justine Damond did).
> The plaintiff, Teresa M. Graham, is a retired social worker (also white, like Justine).
> She said Noor grabbed her and had her forcibly hospitalized for calling 911.
> Graham is suing for false imprisonment, assault and battery.
> Minneapolis has the nation’s largest Somali population.
It’s not surprising this tragedy occurred in a city that prides itself on “liberal” tolerance and an unwavering commitment to diversity and multiculturalism. For years, Minneapolis has taken on the arduous task of harboring the nation’s largest Somali population despite individuals within the immigrant community expressing loyalties to foreign terrorist organizations, including ISIS and Al-Shabaab.

Whether there are any known ties between Officer Noor and overseas terror organizations is speculation at this point. However, the circumstances of this incident would behoove Minneapolis police at a minimum to tie up loose ends within their own department, including procedures, vetting, and determining why an officer with complaints and a lawsuit was permitted to continue serving.
