According to CBS News, the man who killed at least 27 churchgoers in Sutherland, Texas, on Sunday has been identified as 26-year-old Devin Patrick Kelley.
Kelley reportedly served in the United States Air Force from 2010 to May of 2014, at which point he was allegedly dishonorably discharged and court-martialed.
As of this publication, there is no further information regarding Kelley’s discharge and alleged court-martial.
The Daily Beast reports:
Kelley was a resident of New Braunfels, a suburb of San Antonio, according to public records. [He] was married and his mother-in-law listed a P.O. box in Sutherland Springs as a mailing address. San Antonio police reportedly raided Kelley’s home on Sunday evening. A LinkedIn account appearing to belong to Kelley describes him as serving in the U.S. Air Force from his 2009 high-school graduation until 2013, after which he briefly taught at a summer Bible school.
On his Facebook page, which has already been deleted, Kelley posted a photo of a rifle with the caption: “She’s a bad b****.”
