Braunwyn Windham-Burke is on Ozempic and feeling “amazing.”
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum revealed to Us Weekly Saturday she began taking the Type 2 diabetes medication to lose weight after her 2023 move to Nashville with her partner, Jen Spinner, and hasn’t looked back.
While she’s loving every second with her Ozempic-enhanced physique, the reality star’s partner — to whom she became engaged last July — admitted she isn’t too excited about how it has altered their lifestyle.
“She would make dinner every night when we first got together because I don’t cook or really do anything,” Spinner quipped.
“I don’t want to cook because I can’t eat! Feed yourself!” Windham-Burke playfully shot back.
The former reality star, 46, also explained why she felt she needed some help with slimming down.
“The food is different. There’s Loveless Cafe and biscuits and fried chicken … I’m not a person with a lot of self-control,” she reasoned. “I gained 20 pounds.”
Windham-Burke isn’t the first Bravo star to admit to using weight loss drugs to trim their waistlines.
In fact, “RHOC” star Emily Simpson said in June 2023 that she used Ozempic before getting liposuction and a breast reduction.
However, her experience seemed more difficult than Windham-Burke’s.
“I didn’t like the way it made me feel lethargic and it made me just not have a lot of energy, which was hard with three little kids,” Simpson reflected, “but it does make you feel full and it does make you, for me, it was like a refresh.”

“RHONJ” stars Jennifer Fessler, Margaret Josephs and Dolores Cantina and “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” OG Heather Gay have also come clean about their Ozempic use.
On the flip side, Melissa Gorga recently told Sherri Shepherd she’s the “only one” on the “RHONJ” cast who does not take the diabetes meds.
“I work out really, really hard,” the mom of three, 45, said. “To each their own for everything, but no, I don’t take it.”
