The Democrats, the FBI, the DOJ, the Hillary Campaign and the Obama Administration have made a mockery of our judicial system. While their crimes go on unabated, they create crimes that harass President Trump in their effort to overthrow the government.
The Mueller investigation is criminal, corrupt and unconstitutional. We provided a list of 10 reasons in April describing why the Mueller investigation is unconstitutional.
The first item in our list was that Rosenstein’s special counsel order identifies collusion as the crime but no such crime exists in US Law.
Gregg Jarrett at FOX News wrote when Mueller initially brought charges against Manafort that Mueller is tasked with finding a crime that does not exist in the law. It is a legal impossibility. He is being asked to do something that is manifestly unattainable because there is no such thing as the crime of collusion with foreign countries in the US statutory code.
Jarrett wrote the most succinct article about the Trump – Russia Collusion investigation to date. In his post Jarrett makes many statements that are almost shocking, but none more than the fact that the entire investigation is lawless. Jarrett states the following about the charges reported in the Russia collusion story –
George Papadopoulos pled guilty to a single charge of making a false statement to the FBI. He was not charged with so-called “collusion” because no such crime exists in American statutory law, except in anti-trust matters. It has no application to elections and political campaigns.
It is not a crime to talk to a Russian. Not that the media would ever understand that. They have never managed to point to a single statute that makes “colluding” with a foreign government in a political campaign a crime, likely because it does not exist in the criminal codes.

So it’s no surprise that yesterday Mueller’s unconstitutional Special Counsel announced the prize of all their work and their prize was another fake crime.
Trump attorney Michael Cohen pleaded guilty Tuesday to eight counts — including two campaign finance violations involving payments to silence women he believed could be detrimental to the 2016 presidential campaign.
Unfortunately for corrupt Rod Rosenstein and the Mueller gang, its just more fake crimes.
Conservative author and radio-TV host Mark Levin on Monday interviewed the former FEC Chairman on his show. Professor Bradley Smith said the payment Cohen pleaded guilty to DOES NOT qualify as campaign violations.
On Tuesday Mark Levin stressed to Sean Hannity that the Cohen payments were not campaign contributions and did not violate campaign finance law.
Mark Levin: The general counsel for the Clinton mob family, Lanny Davis, he had his client plead to two counts of criminality that don’t exist. These campaign finance violations that all over TV they say implicates the president directly… It is a guilty plea. It is a plea bargain between a prosecutor and a criminal, a criminal who doesn’t want to spend the rest of his life in prison. That is not precedent. That applies only to that specific case. Nobody cites plea bargains for precedent. That’s number one. Number two, just because a prosecutor says that somebody violated a campaign law doesn’t make it so. He’s not the judge. He’s not the jury… A campaign expenditure under our federal campaign laws is an expenditure solely for campaign activity. A candidate who spends his own money or even corporate money for an event that occurred not as a result of the campaign is not a campaign expenditure.

Corrupt Mueller and his gang of severely conflicted attorneys and investigators confirmed that after spending millions in tax payer dollars, that they had located the individual who is close enough to the President that they could now call for impeachment. To hell with the law – they’ll make crimes up!
We are still in a constitutional crisis. AG Sessions will not uphold the law per his duties per the constitution! America cannot stand with an AG that does not uphold his duties and obligations and who allows this unconstitutional witch hunt to continue!
President Trump has been warned by the Senate that if he removes Sessions, they won’t allow the President to replace him. The President must be waiting for the mid-terms when the Republicans pick up new conservative Senators who will support him and law and order. He knows after that time he can replace the most horrible and backstabbing AG in US history – Jeff “Benedict Arnold” Sessions.
It’s unclear if Americans can wait till November. The swamp must be drained now. The Deep State and their nasty and criminal Mueller investigation must end now.
