Governor Rick Scott announced great news for Florida families. He indicated that during the month of April, Florida businesses created more than 33,000 new jobs. Florida’s economy has added 600,400 private sector jobs since December of 2010. He also indicated that Florida unemployment rate has also decreased to 6.2 percent, which is below the national average for the ninth consecutive month. If he only came out and publicly declared that Common Core is detrimental to all Florida families and will not be used in Florida, that would be overwhelmingly well received.
