On the way to the High Noon Takedown of 2024 presidential candidate Donald J. Trump, Fox News gave the Alvin Bragg courtroom a much-needed nudgeâthe sudden release of yet another timely Fox hit pieceâthis one via a Fake News CNN poll..
Since when does Fox News promote anti-Trump CNN polls on its front page?
You canât make this stuff up, unless of course youâre major news outlet Fox News, flying high over the radar.
âMost Americans support Trump indictment, but think politics played a role in Bragg’s decisionâ: Poll-Fox News, April 3, 2023
âMOSTâ Americans support Trump indictment but THINK politics played a role in Braggâs decision?
Howâs that for doublespeak?
âWhile the majority of Americans support the indictment of former President Donald Trump amid his 2024 presidential campaign, a new poll also revealed most individuals believe politics played a role in the investigation. (Fox News)
âWhile Trump was campaigning for president in 2016, his then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, reportedly paid adult film actress Stormy Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about an alleged 2006 affair. Trump allegedly reimbursed Cohen for the entirety of the payment, leading Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to open a years-long probe into the former president’s past.
âThe former president was indicted Thursday and is expected to appear at an arraignment in New York on Tuesday.
â A CNN poll, conducted after the indictment of Trump, found that 60% of Americans approve of the indictment of the former president, while only 40% disapprove.
âDespite the majority agreeing with the indictment, a whopping 76% think that politics played at least some role in the decision to indict Trump. 52% said politics played “a major role.”
“Respondents were split with 31% thinking the indictment strengthens democracy and 31% believing it weakens American democracy.
âThe poll suggested about 35% of respondents approve of Republicans in Congress investigating Bragg’s probe of Trump, while 38% disapprove of looking into the indictment decision.â
Fox News has a record for using pre-election polls to downgrade the popularity of Donald Trump:

âWhy is Fox News providing the life support for the moribund dead Democrat Party? (Canada Free Press, June 29, 2020)
“Here we go again. Another under-handed, 11th-hour pre-election Fox News poll, this time meant to influence the outcome of MidTerm Elections: Fox pre-election polls last time out in 2020: âWishful thinking has become Fake News over at Fox News:
âTrumpâs poll numbers in recent weeks have trended downward amid criticism over his administrationâs handling of the coronavirus epidemic and the White House response to the protests and riots following the death of George Floyd in late May while in Minneapolis police custody.â(Fox News)
âFew other networks have gone so far out of their way to make the public at large believe that there is no way for the president to win Election 2020 than Fox News, which rose to No. 1 on Cable News through identifying as âfair and balancedâ.
Shouldnât even the most gullible among us, wonder whether Fox News went past poll manipulation to being in on the alleged fraud of Election 2020? Did Fox News already know the outcome of Election 2020 before it happened? Hereâs the latest from Fox Poll Election predictions: Headline: âHouse: Republicans forecast to win a majority of 2 to 30 seats; fewer than anticipated in Julyâ. (Fox News, Aug. 22, 2022)
Story opening line: âRepublicans are predicted to take control of the House in November.
âOur latest rankings still expect Republicans to win the House, now with a majority of 2 to 30 seats (a total of 220 to 248 seats). The exact number of seats depends on how many toss-up districts are won by Democrats and Republicans. If GOP candidates win half of those highly competitive districts, then the party would govern with a comfortable 16-seat majority (234 seats). Make no mistake, the national environment looks good for conservatives.â (Fox News)
âHowever, there are probably fewer seats in play for the GOP than there were in July. In the last rankings, Republicans were expected to take a 22-seat majority (again, assuming they win half the toss-up races). With a new estimated majority of 16 seats, the GOP net gain has shrunk by six over the last six weeks.â
âFox Poll strategy? âNo need for Republican supporters to get out and vote. Stay home and relax. The Republicans are going to win anywayââŠby maybe TWO seats. Why is Fox News providing the life support for the moribund dead Democrat Party?â
And millions will never forget that it was Fox News who called the Arizona Election race for Joe Biden while people were still voting in 2020.
Now we have Fox News releasing a CNN poll mere hours before Trumpâs arraignment gets underway.
How does Fox get away with this? Guess they rely on the passion stirred up by the right-on-the-money Fox host Tucker Carlson, who only recently exposed the J-6 committee.
The exposé, much welcomed as it was, came two long years after countless American citizens have been held in prison with no scheduled court date set.
Meanwhile the clock is ticking (without any help from Fox host Sean Hannity) on the biggest circus of all time intending to remove Donald Trump from public view forevermore.
When itâs all over, 74 million Trump MAGA supporters can blame cunning Fox News.
