Judicial Watch: Newly Uncovered Strzok Email Suggests Decision Not to Prosecute Hillary Clinton Made in April 2016.

On Thursday, conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained 16 new FBI documents relating to the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting.

In the latest batch of newly uncovered docs is an email from Trump-hating FBI agent Peter Strzok suggesting the decision to exonerate Hillary Clinton from her criminal email investigation was made in April of 2016.

As previously reported, after twice-denying their existence, the Deep State admitted to Jay Sekulow and Tom Fitton it magically found more Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting docs and will be forced to turn them over to the ACLJ and Judicial Watch by the end of May.

These Clinton-Lynch tarmac documents were located after a THIRD ‘search’. The new documents consist of 16 pages and 2 Strzok-Page text messages.

The FBI was supposed to release these 16 pages of Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting docs to government watchdog groups last Thursday.

Judicial Watch today released 16 pages of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents related to the June 2016 tarmac meeting between former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton showing involvement of the FBI’s former Chief of Counterespionage Peter Strzok.

In a previously unseen email, on July 1, 2016, Strzok forwarded to Bill Priestap, assistant director of FBI counterintelligence, and other FBI officials an article in The New York Times titled then “ Lynch to Remove Herself From Decision Over Clinton Emails, Official Says.” Priestap comments on it, saying: “The meeting in PX is all over CNN TV news this morning …” Strzok replies: “Timing’s not ideal in that it falsely adds to those seeking the ‘this is all choreographed’ narrative. But I don’t think it’s worth changing … later won’t be better.”  Priestap responds “Agreed.”

Another Strzok email suggest the decision on the Clinton email matter has been under discussion since April 2016—three months before then-FBI Director James Comey announced he would recommend no prosecution.

Following the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting, a July 1, 2016 email sent from an FBI official warns his colleagues (with emphasis) “Our job is to protect the boss [Comey] from harm and embarrassment.”

Strzok’s email confirms previously released documents showing James Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton before the investigation into her email conduct had concluded.

“According to the unredacted portions of the transcripts [released by Senate Judiciary in October], it appears that in April or early May of 2016, Mr. Comey had already decided he would issue a statement exonerating Secretary Clinton.  That was long before FBI agents finished their work. 

This is well before 17 witnesses were interviewed, including Hillary Clinton and we’re supposed to believe the fix wasn’t in?

President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton had this to say about the new FBI docs released:

“These emails are astonishing, no wonder the FBI hid them from Judicial Watch and the court. They show anti-Trump, pro-Clinton FBI Agent Peter Strzok admitting the decision not to prosecute the Clinton email issue was made back in April 2016 – long before even Hillary Clinton was interviewed.  And the new emails show that the FBI security had the political objective of protecting then-Director Comey from ‘embarrassment’—which is, frankly, disturbing.”
