Federal prosecutors have indicted New York Rep. George Santos (R) on unknown criminal charges, CNN reported on Tuesday. The charges were filed under seal, but Santos is expected to appear at federal court in New Yorkâs eastern district as early as Wednesday, CNNÂ revealed. The exact nature of the charges âcouldnât immediately be learned,â CNN reported.
